Staff were great, breakfast was all you can eat and very tasty. Room was spacey and comfortable and shower was amazing. Very clean and decorated nicely

The room was very spacious, comfortable and quite - particularly at night! The bed and the pillows were superb, and the shower was great! The breakfast was very good, pleantiful, with opportunity to choose what you desired and how much!

Food unsurprisingly good, staff were all lovely, no complaints at all.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of parking available outside.

Our room was facing right onto the motorway which was very noisy. Horns/ sirens/ lorries going past all night. Was not enough to wake us up during the night but we were very aware of it when we were in the room the rest of the time. If we stayed again, we would request a room at the other side of the hotel. Also, one of the first hotels that I’ve stayed in that don’t include juice with the breakfast and that you have to buy separately. A small glass of orange/apple juice is £2.10. Tea and coffee was included for the adults with breakfast but it’s not ideal when you have children asking for something to drink with their breakfast!

The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for you. There was a problem with the drains during my first night's stay, it was rectified whilst I was at work and never an issue again for the rest of my time there.

There was a carvery half price promotion on during my stay , great for saving money but on one night the meats ran out and customers ended up waiting for approx an hour for more to be cooked. Maybe just an oversight but heavy demand should possibly have been predicted as it was the third night of the promotion.

Loved the bed, the room, the Carvery and the staff.

Didn’t like that the room was right next to the outside door. Other guests banging in and out and standing by the door right next to my window smoking. Apart from that it was a very pleasant stay.

The breakfast was ok but there was no eggs available.

The fact the you only got the option of a cooked breakfast and had to pay extra for cereal and toast etc and also the fact that there was no eggs available either. They only had raspberry jam available and no other jam.
