Nice clean good rooms and friendly staff

Mattress wasn’t good had no sleep first night and little sleep second night but the manager flipped the mattress sadly never has this issue before - had bad back pain and was rolling towards the middle of the mattress

Well a manager chapping your door at 10.22 pm chasing money unprofessional Taylor and Jamie very intimidating to say the least

Clean rooms

Limited parking, no kettle or tea facilities and rooms are a little dated

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, staff where great.

We loved how peaceful it was and relaxed everyone was kind and very pleasant and professional

Our room was next to the lift so my wife was woken just around 3am with that and the guests chatting hence why I wear earplugs.

Really enjoyed breakfast Totally surprised it was included in the price

If I was to pick something it would be your toilet role is not great. Everyone should provide 3 ply come on guys it’s 2023 not 1923 🤦🏽‍♂️😂

It was wrong requested room on arrival had to be moved and the room was like an ice box froze whole time

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was good

the room was just ok. The breakfast was poor but the bed was fine.

We had a very great 2 night stay over whilst going on holiday. Very clean, very comfortable, very nice staff. Breakfast was very nice with a good choice, everything fresh. Good location and very dog friendly. Highly recommend we definitely will stay again.

Close to motorway, breakfasts really good.beds comfy.

Runner on bed was filthy. Seats in dinning room all need cleaned or replaced. Room 235 folding couch bed needs replaced. Two small children slept in it and not fit for them, let alone an adult.

Great location. Easy to find close to parks and theme park.

Couple of stains on beds and one on floor.

Breakfast was very good. Location is very good. Very clean & comfortable room.

The evening meal was awful....very poor quality . Food & drink prices are much too expensive!

I came several hours earlier than check-in but the staff was able to accommodate me so that I could check in earlier once the rooms had been cleaned. Breakfast was good and there was a good range to choose from. The mattress was amazing! The bar was open 24/7 which was great as I returned to the hotel quite late, but was able to get something decent to eat.

Breakfast was good, room clean and comfortable. Only stayed overnight to break a long journey but was close to a pub/restaurant to have a wee dram before bed.

No negative comments.
