El propietario fue muy atento y estuvo siempre pendiente de lo que necesitáramos, nos dio información valiosa para disfrutar de nuestra estadía en Cala Gonone. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario.

The apartment was very clean. It has a beautiful terrace, which you share with the neighbors.

Sound proof of the apartment is really bad.

Matteo was absolutely the loveliest host you will ever meet. He greeted us at the apartment even though we came in really late during the night to pass the keys and recommend restaurants and nice beaches to visit in Cala Ganone. The place was so clean, very centrally located (close to port for the boat out to the beaches), and the host and his dad was so helpful and keen to help any way they can. Would definitely stay at Matteo’s again if i come back to Cala Ganone!

Not really didn’t like but a small point to note there is only air conditioner in the living room but it was strong enough to keep both the rooms cold. However, you would need to keep both doors of the rooms open to make sure the air conditioner is circulated. There was a slight issue with the drainage in the toilet where it got a little flooded- but we called Matteo and he immediately attended to it and solved the issue and it was fine right after.

Comfortable unit with great sea view. Hosts are very responsive and helpful with local tips.

Position, easy to reach on top of the village, calm, and easy to communicate with the owner, who is very attentive and manages very well his appartements.

Apartement well maintained, clean but could be modernised. Seems bigger in pictures. No genral bin provided. Only brown bin. The general bins must be disposed of in the village.

Matteo was very welcoming, kind and helpful throughout our stay. He was quick at responding and tried to help us book some tours and gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants The apartment was exactly as pictured, simple, clean and just an 8 minute walk to the main strip. I have back issues and need a bed with support. The bed in our room was very comfortable. We had a car rented and didn't need to use it once as many beaches can be visited through tours or boat taxi. We fell in love with Cala Gonone. Heads up there is only an AC unit in the main room. We left it on and had the bedroom door open so it wasn't a problem but those who run hot may need a fan. I believe there was one. There was also a self serve laundry downstairs which was very helpful. Everwhere we traveled in Europe only use a washer and there is a big drying rack to hang clothes and put them on the front balcony in the sun. That's what we did at Residence Briola as well. Convenient and quick. We plan to return to Cala Gonone and would love to stay at Residence Briola in the future. Thanks again Matteo and family for making our stay wonderful!

Matteo was great! The units were very clean and located very conveniently to the tourist attractions. Great views from the terraces.

The only thing is it would be useful to have some paper towels, a broom and dustpan, and a few more towels.
