I liked the location and the fact we had a lock up garage

We were staying for 7 nights and the expected for the amount we had paid which wasn’t cheap that it would be setup to accomodate us for 7 days. We found it was setup as if we were only staying one night. There was only one small packet of washing machine powder, one small packet of dishwashing machine powder, only 2 toilet rolls for the hole 7 nights as well as a half full tiny bottle of dish washing soap and we didn’t even have a sponge for the dishes. There was also only one replacement bin bag. The place was severely under equip. They advertise bbq facilities however we didn’t have any bbq equipment other than some small tongs. The cleaning equipment for the bbq was some napkins and detergent. The cloths dryer in the house was also faulty and would not turn of by its self. They did have a sign telling you this however I think it is something that should be fixed considering how much they where charging for the place I fell as though people shouldn’t have to sit and wait to turn of the cloths drier whist on holidays. One of there big selling points is the sauna which is a big reason why I chose to book this place however I tried the sauna 3 times following the directions to a tee and it did not work.

Reception was available to collect the keys and they kept in contact during our journey.

The pool was very good and the hot tub was clean and surprisingly large

The whole of the complex seemed impressive and secure but we had major problems with the upstairs air conditioning. It did no more than act as a fan for warm air in either bedroom, resulting in 2 of our party sleeping downstairs. We asked for maintenance to have a look which they claimed to have done but it still didn't work in either bedroom at any point. They even claimed that 'most people are very happy with a ceiling fan' which as well as being nonsense in 30 plus degrees, is also something you wouldn't think they'd know if the air conditioning was well maintained?? We also had significant amounts of approx 4cm ish flying cockroach looking insects which wasn't pleasant. The attitude re maintenance was very disappointing but according to a resident I met in the pool, nothing out of the ordinary.

Unfortunately we had 6 cockroaches throughout our apartment. We ended up throwing food away. The place needs a preset treatment.

Absolutely fabulous! Exceptionally spacious, wonderfully appointed and maintained. Spotlessly clean and the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in!

Great location and property was clean and the pool was great.

The managers were really disgusting. We were there for one night and left a bag of rubbish on the bench to make it easier for their cleaners to throw away and all of the beds were stripped and towels placed in a pile to once again assist the staff in cleaning. We were horrified to find out they had contacted every other accommodation facility to warn them of how we had left their property dirty . We were there for one night and left early morning. They later apologised and rang our next accommodation to tell them they had made a mistake but it has left a memory we will never forget. Don’t go there the managers are lethal and if we were from overseas it would have made it hard for us to remain in the region. Also it was a massive breach of our confidentiality and completely unprofessional.

Family at reception were lovely & friendly, which was very welcome after reading some bad reviews. Comfortable accommodation with a small dog & the enclosed garden wax a bonus for her.

The bathroom needed updating, with corrosion around the shower. Generally needs updating & the garage is narrow & tricky to get in and out of. Not walking distance to anything.

The pool sauna and spa closes 8pm so too early to be able to use them.

Large property with plenty of room. Good facilities and clean property.

I would only say that it’s a little far from the esplanade. Have to drive. And the beach it is close to isn’t a nice beach

Was a little out of the way and would recommend staying here is you have a car or a comfortable walking.

Lovely place to stay

It was like living in a gated community which I liked from a security point of view. Having our own garage for car and bikes was a bonus and much appreciated. Unit was comfortable and spacious.

Only thing of note for us was the couch in the lounge was not comfortable

A little bit of a trek to the restaurants

The location was perfect & the apartment itself very roomy and kept extremely clean!

I think for price of this accomodation it needs some serious updating, looks like it hasn’t been touched since 2006. Appreciated we were able to stay with our dog but unfortuently the couch reeked of wet dog/dog pee.

Welcomed by lovely staff at check in that were super helpful and offered a different room due to a cancellation they had. Amazing place and we will be back.
