The rooms are not as described It’s triangular Widest at windows and narrowest at entrance Washroom is so cramped it like you have to keep one leg out of door while brushing or shavings .. even placement of WC is so very cramped

Everything and I would like to make a special mention of their pathetic service. Our luggage which was kept just infront of the reception at the time of check inn just vanished for almost 2 hours and we were kept waiting for that time to get our own luggage and nobody had the clue where it was for those 2 hours. then we requested for an extra bed and just the bedding was kept in our room and the mattress was nowhere to be found and when i finally shouted at the house keeping person to get me the extra bed asap and that also at 1AM then he is asking me whether I want the extra bed now or later, as if an extra bed is used for some other person rather than sleeping in the night. The rooms were not cleaned for 2 straight days even after calling house keeping 3-4 times and also requesting specially at the reception. Drinking water was not provided for a full day and we had to literally shout at the duty manager to get drinking water. Breakfast spread sucked and they will make you sit anywhere along side the walkway to have breakfast as they dont have facilities to support more than 50people but they have more than 200 rooms in their premises. Stay in a road side dhaba and they will give proper service and food and with dignity.

Nothing as such to be liked. In fact the rooms and other areas need to be revamped asap.

Had booked the best category room which was the suite, my check in time was around 1pm onwards, however my room wasn’t ready till evening 8pm. Also I received calls the next day stating me that the last checkout time was by 12noon or else I would have to pay fine. Unbelievable. Also as i had mentioned in my booking that i would be checking along with an infant there wasn’t a single person asking about any extra service they could provide to comfort the baby. Rooms had to be mopped again after I had checked in, no response from the reception even though i had called multiple times to get a call back from the duty manager but absolutely no response. Washrooms were kind of filthy. Lastly entire rooms were occupied with mosquitos. Terrible experience. Will never book with this group again.

The linens were not clean, the sofas had stains on it, very bad for a 4 star hotel

No value for money, Bathroom is dirty Commode is dirty , the woods are broken ? And the doors are very old no value for money Breakfast isnt good sausage is stinking
