The location was great! There was a bus stop very close and it was central between the MArina and Zona Romantica. 15 ride on the bus to each location. My requirements were, pool (check) air conditioning (check) private bathroom (check) and close to the beach (check) This is not the most fancy glamourous hotel, however the staff are friendly, it is clean, there is a great taco lady that comes during the week. The atmosphere is fun and laid back. I was not planning on staying in the room very much and it was exactly what I needed.

The neighbour looks scary BUT it's not. There is lots of people traffic and has a safe feel. The shampoo provided was a small amount for someone with lots of long thick hair, but it was replaced daily when the room was cleaned.

They do not take American Express firstable, the internet is really bad , is more like MOTEL since is open 24 hrs without any front door!!! The rooms door locks are sucks.... and the breakfast is horrible. I have to recognize that the city is one of safest in the country but still anyone can come in and out with out supervision....I had to wait more than an hour after 3pm to get ready my room and in a mean time they didn't care if I was there or not, I had to ask too many times about my room situation

Shower was a little chilly.

The receptionist was nice and helpful when asked for suggestions on food, etc, around the hotel. I also liked that the pool closed at 11pm. Most hotels close earlier.

The hotel can get missed when driving there your first time because it’s located right next to places like subway, a rotisserie, and other shops so it blends in. The location is not bad but the parking is. Because it’s next to all the other stores around it, there's really not a whole lot of parking. They’re not responsible if anything happens to your vehicle of course since you’re parking it out on the street and don’t have security but they said they had cámaras. My room did not look like the photos at all. Very very cheep looking and the mattresses were hard as a rock but you could tell they were very used. As soon as I walked in to the room there were pieces of a sandwich left on the floor. I went back to the receptionist to ask for a clean room but I was told they had no more rooms available. It was around 8:30pm so the cleaning crew had left for the day so there was no one to come pick up the food left. In the morning while i checked out I told the new receptionist that was there about the food left there and how dirty the room was but she didn’t seem to care. Didn’t even “apologize for the inconvenience”. Simply said “okay thanks”. I will definitely not be staying there again.

Conveniently located for bus and all services. Clean, secure, quiet, and the staff was polite and efficient. AC worked well and good water pressure in shower.

Mattress was too firm. Internet was too slow to be of much use, both in the room and outside in the courtyard.

Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was Good. I would stay there again. Great Location.

Staff were helpful in letting me leave my bags at the front desk after check out and providing recommendations for the area. Close to the beach. Room was clean and TV had lots of channels in both English and Spanish.

No Wi-Fi in the rooms which would have been helpful info as I was staying there for an online job interview. Not very close to the lively part of town. Hotel restaurant only open for breakfast.

Wasn’t what I was expecting for price!

Guy at reception was rude and disrespectful!

I loved the friendliness of the staff, and the place was very clean.

It can use a few cosmetic updates but my stay was very pleasant.
