Long way from reception way down the end of the block to walk early hours to wait for taxi

Excellent facilities

The room was a standard family room however there was a foul smell that came from the bathroom and you had to hold your breath when going into the bathroom. If you didn’t shut the door the smell quickly made its way into the main room. A plumber is needed there urgently to room 7!

The room needs upgrading. There were several baby cockroaches. The pillows were not great.

The lady in the office was nice. OK to stay at if passing through and just want somewhere cheap to sleep for a night. They offered breakfast with my booking, it's not something they offer anymore, but you're not missing out on anything by not getting it. The air-con worked a treat to warm the room and wasn't noisy.

The bathroom smelled strongly of bleach which carried through the whole place, but there was still mould. The mould in the bathroom on the curtains and around the sides of the shower was not a good look and when using the toilet you could see the dirty wall under the sink. The shower dripped the whole time, so trying to sleep with the dripping noise wasn't easy. The cover on the main bed should be replaced as there were stains on it and although it was clean otherwise, it's not a great look to know that's where you're sleeping... The toaster also needs replacing Did my best to clean our dishes, with no plug for the sink.

The property is close to the railway station.

The cleanliness had left a lot to be desired. I also could hear the nearby highway. A bit disappointing

The girl in reception was not at all friendly or helpful. Have stayed at lots of motels over the years and never experienced the so called reception we received on arrival.
