The room was as expected - I am familiar with this venue and we had the Bridal Suite in the main homestead. Dinner was superb and well up to the standards of the original chef Archie Campbell who started "Archie's on the Park". The in-the-round log fire was a lovely bonus on a cold night. Beautifully quiet. Breakfast coffee to the room was on time and very nice.
Breakfast to the room was a bit haphazard, but we got all the missing bits promptly. Only took two minutes or so. Otherwise, nothing else to dislike.

Room was quiet and very comfortable with a rural garden outlook.......with delightful Guinea fowl wandering by. Parking and access to room easy, no stairs. Tea and coffee making facilities with proper milk a bonus.
The continental breakfast was a little lacking. Muesli would be a good addition and golden syrup to go with the crumpets!!

Beautiful location on a large area of land Fabulous view from the room of Beautiful trees with there Autumn colours The older part of the motel had lovely fires and the Breakfast was great. Nice and quite.

Large property with outlook over parkland and hills, away from traffic and no sense of being near the town..
High ceilings in rooms gave feeling of spaciousness, great natural ventilation as well as airconditioning option.
Staff very welcoming, friendly, helpful.
The restaurant is no longer open, but we were given information about other excellent eating options, as well as restaurant that delivers to the room.

Would have liked if we could have had our dinner at the restaurant but understand there is problems with staffing after covid, so were okay with going into the cbd.

Rooms are very spacious, super comfy beds and gorgeous view. Parking is also amazing. When we checked in the lovely lady at reception gave us some homemade brownies, staff are so lovely. I would give this 11/10 stars if I could!!
