Tout ! Nous avions réserver une chambre familiale pour 4 personnes. Chambre déjà donné a d'autres personnes a notre arrivée. Nous avons donc été séparé dans deux chambres sans compensation financière. Sur la chambre que je disposais, il ny avait aucune insonorisation (on entendais douche et seche cheveux des autres chambres), le radiateur n'a jamais fonctionné, une serviette de bain faisait office de cache pour la fenetre de la douche, la vitre de la chambre donné sur le couloir illuminé (sans rideau opaque). Et je ne parle même pas des petits sachets de "petit dejeuner" composé d'un fruit et de deux sandwich secs. Hotel a éviter au vu du prix. Vous pouvez trouver mieux a Aguas calientes Et pour la piscine, c'était plutôt une pataugeoire non entretenue

Location is walking distance from the rail station and the main square. The staff were really nice!

The lift seems to still be out. I’ve read reviews about the lift being out and that’s still the case as of March 2024. Parts of the property (such as our room) need renovation. The bathroom was dated and has seen better days. Just to note the rooms aren’t sound proof when trains go by it’s very loud especially when we were trying to sleep.

It was close to the main square, but still inconvenient/difficult to find.

We booked this hotel based on the reviews and photos we saw on booking.com. They turned out to be completely false. When walking through the hotel, everything seems run down/incomplete. It looks like they opened up a hotel half-way through building it. We were given what they called a “superior” room, but it required climbing 5+ flights of stairs and had views of run down/abandoned buildings. In addition to this, the room was surrounded by old windows which made us feel even more unsafe. There was no separate bathroom, only a shower, sink, and small closet with a toilet. All of the fixtures and furniture were damaged and extremely dirty. There were drill holes left in the wall and a lightbulb hanging from the socket in the ceiling. On top of this, the room was filled with mosquitoes and spiders. They changed our room, at our request, to another that felt safer but still just as dirty and had a hole in the ceiling. The bathroom smelled like mold/rot.

El ascensor estaba estropeado y el hotel es un poco ruidoso, pero entendemos que es normal por el movimiento constante de gente.

La amplitud de las habitaciones y la atención de Roger que estuvo en distintos horario. Siempre con una sonrisa

Toilet in the room has upper side of the door opened, kinda half opened toilet.. i felt uncomfortable.

Que estaba cerca de la plaza del pueblo.

1.- Se notaba muy antiguo 2.- nos pusieron en el último piso debiendo subir permanentemente escaleras siendo que el lugar estaba casi vacío. Recordar que el lugar está rodeado de montañas y uno va a conocer machupichu y tener que todo el día subir y bajar un hotel es totalmente evitable. Sería indispensable que lo señalen. 3.- esta el piso cochino con bichos y hormigas. Hormigas también en habitación 4.- pésima ventilación. El baño no tenía nada de ventilación y las ventanas estaban tapadas por fuera con frazadas, haciendo transpirar las paredes luego de ducharse. 5.- se filtraba toda el agua de la ducha en el baño y además se filtraba toda el agua del lavamanos. Había que ir con zapatos al baño para no mojarse. 6.- la pieza húmeda por todos los problemas anteriores. 7.- el personal en el desayuno muy serio como qie te estuvieran haciendo un favor al servir el desayuno que estaba pagado con la reservación. 8.- no estaba la piscina con habilitada y mucho menos el jacuzzi que sale en las fotos de promoción.

Buena ubicación, buena limpieza. Desayuno adecuado, pero no sobresaliente.

Se escuchaba todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones y de los pasillos. Problemas de x conexión de wifi
