The service was excellent on arrival. The room was modern and clean and quiet. Outside the rain had started to fall extremely heavily (day before the flood). They kept us up to date with what was happening outside and within the town. The breakfast menu was lovely, fresh and on time to our room along with great barista made coffees. After we had checked out, we received a text message with another update to evacuate the motel and area. Their priority was our safety. We fared well, but unsure how they have gone.

We left feeling very worried for the staff who cared for us as the threat of flood was very high. We heard later that the entire town went under. Just devastating.

Excellent service, very comfortable clean accomodation in a convenient location. Delicious food served to our room. Beautiful gardens and pool area.

It would have been lovely to have access to a few more things in the mini kitchenette (e.g knife) so we could have snacks, as dine in was not available due to Covid and the room service options were naturally limited.

The hotel is extremely clean and in a fantastic location. The staff went over above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

It was a shame the restaurant was closed due to the impacts of the pandemic, I was looking forward to dining in the restaurant as it has fantastic reviews.

Disabled room was great for Mum with wide doors and shower bench.

Sofa bed uncomfortable and shower drainage was inadequate due to design.

This hotel us probably the most hotel in Lismore but for the money we were disappointed. The restaurant was closed and so was the bar, neither of which is mentioned. There was also no housekeeping, also not mentioned. The price should have reflected this.
