L emplacement géographique très bien situé proche deux centre ville des métros bus et train. Quartier très calme et propre. Personnel très accueillant et au petit soin à la moindre demande. Chambre très propre et très convenable niveau taule, literie très bien et tout le nécessaire pour faire à manger

Seul petit point négatif des surmatelas sur le matelas donc qui glissent en permanence et que nous devons remettre correctement.

Lovely airy room, great facilities, allowing us to keep water cold, have breakfast and cook a meal. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Location is great, a few minutes walk from the shop to get supplies and a short distance from Bruxelles Park, very nice park to relax in.

Shower drainage was a bit slow if the pressure was on full, if you turn it down it drains fine.

Está bien ubicado, a 10/15 minutos de la estación central, ideal para moverse por Bélgica y visitar algunas ciudades cercanas como Brujas, Gante, etc. El barrio es tranquilo porque está entre oficinas. La habitación es muy grande.

La zona de cocina no está del todo equipada, ni siquiera había un trapo o una campana extractora.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y la zona muy tranquila. Puedes llegar al centro en 15 min caminando y también tienes metro y estación de tren muy próximas.

Que no hubiera servicio de limpieza en el apartamento en los 3 días en que estuvimos hospedados.

Perfect location to travel around Brusells

Завтрак 15 евро за взрослого и детей с 6 лет. Нашим было 5, поэтому за них не оплачивали. Локация очень удобная, 10 минут пешком до Парламента. Рядом есть парки. Персонал очень дружелюбный, так как было убрано у нас в комнате, нас впустили немного раньше. В номере есть вся посуда которая понадобится для готовки. и мини кухня на которой можно посидеть, если кто-то спит в соседней комнате. Холодильник и кофе машина есть (пакетиков чая или кофе - нет) лучше брать с собой.

отсутствие парковки при отеле, парковка есть чуть дальше вдоль по улице - ее надо самостоятельно искать и бронировать. Также есть парковка вдоль отеля и этой же улицы (места надо просто вылавливать), воскресенье - она бесплатная, но с 9-00 в пн, уже идет оплата.

Il quartiere e' molto tranquillo e centrale. Ottima la pulizia all'arrivo. camera spaziosa dotata di lavabo, piatto ad induzione da 2, forno a microonde e piccolo frigo - presenti le stoviglie. bagno grande, con doccia molto comoda. IN GENERALE OTTIMA PERMANENZA. colazione non l'abbiamo fatta

Andrebbe reso piu' chiaro quando si prenota che la pulizia della camera NON e' prevista se non passati 8 GIORNI di permanenza. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni duranti i quali viene concesso il solo cambio di asciugamani; pur avendo richiesto la pulizia della camera il quarto giorno ci e' stato detto di no (avrei anche pagato). SUGGERIMENTO: a) includere tale servizio abbassando la soglia degli 8 giorni ---- OPPURE ---- b) prevedere tale servizio come extra a fronte di pagamento non si puo pensare di stare 7 giorni in una stanza di 15 metri quadri senza la pulizia. questa l'unica pecca - spero prendiate come spunto di miglioramento questo commento. Great breakfast, good location, fridge in the room, nice bed

The Hotel has a great location, near all the European institutions and also close to the centre. Room was large and clean (there were some hair in the bathroom, but other than that very clean). There were two tables in the room and all the equipment you may need in the kitchen corner. The staff was great, very helpful and nice.

There were some hair in the bathroom, but other than that it was really clean and comfortable. You need to separate waste, the bins are rather small, but you can put it outside the room and they will throw it away for you.

A localização é excelente, a Estação Metro (Trône/Troon - Linhas 2 e 6) fica ao virar da esquina e também existem diversas Paragens de Autocarro nas imediações. Todo o espaço estava limpo e era muito agradável. O quarto é amplo, tem uma cama confortável e duas mesas que facilitam que pretende fazer lá algumas refeições, escrever ou usar um computador, por exemplo. Os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Como é anunciado, existe uma kitchnet no quarto, com fogão e microondas, o que torna o espaço muito mais funcional. A casa de banho é excelente, com um duche muito bom e um toalheiro elétrico que funciona bem e que facilitou e muito esta nossa experiência. A insonorização funciona mesmo, quer para ruídos vindos do exterior, ou mesmo de outros quartos, o que é muito raro (nota: o quarto dava para as traseiras, o que certamente ajudou). É um espaço que recomendamos vivamente.

Gostaria que tivesse uma torradeira.

The Hotel is perfectly located in the EU district, the satff was efficient and friendly. Especially Natalia. The room was clean

It's a shame the room was not cleaned every day and, in that case, maybe you should leave a broom in the room...

The room was extremely clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and courteous, assisting us with any questions we had. The beds were comfortable and the halls were quiet. Good ventilation and heating in the room - great for a cold winter. The kitchen had all the basic appliances and utensils required to cook, and all of it worked well. Lastly, the room was very spacious which is great for big luggages and packing (which we had to do).

For environmental reasons, there is a timer on the boiler - meaning that the hot water could potentially run out mid-shower used for too long. This is not a major problem unless you tend to use a lot of hot water (which I did during my stay in winter). The toilet can also get a bit drafty due to the ventilation, and this can be a minor problem for some during the winter.

Staff was very friendly, real nice breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, small shop with good options of Belgian beers, snacks, pizza. Very good location at the European quarter, close to the royal palace and central station.

The room was really comfy. The bathroom was awesome.

The location was not so good, its a little far from tourists attractions. But it was fine nonetheless.

The property is very convenient to all the main attractions and the breakfast was very good. The staff were vert friendly and helpful.

Shower was not hot enough

having a functional kitchen was super important to us to prepare snacks for the day and we loved how well it worked. the bed super comfy. the area is lil bit far from the center but not with subway + the neighborhood is super cool with the european union buildings close to you. will definitely stay here again.

only thing bothered us the carpet floor infront of the kitchen, I wish there was some kind of ceramic or some other material just for the kitchen part to clean it easily when you drop some food on the floor.

Value for money

The location is a bit far from the city centre and the location was a bit confusing since there is another hotel with the same name right in the centre. The bathroom hot water did not work in the morning and there were some issues faced.

This was a small room that had adequate cooking supplies and a comfortable bed. The location was fine for us as walkers. It was near enough to major sites but also in a quiet neighborhood.

Really it was just the size. It was very small.

Loved the honey from rooftop beehive. Staff very friendly and helpful.
