Staff was great, very helpful.

Some things were not working correctly. The shower, which got fixed but still had very low pressure and the coffee machine was not working well either.

Proximity to station. Apartment was extremely clean and very spacious. Kitchen facilities were very nice. We always got quick responses from owner.

Neighborhood was dark and shady. The bedroom facing the street could not block noise from the street and other residents.. leading to poor sleep quality. Other room was very comfortable though. There was an issue with the circuit breaker outside the apartment and we were without power for over 2 hours missing our sightseeing train. The owner was quick in getting it resolved but it did impact our plan for the day

Great location as near to train station so really easy access for day trips. Brilliantly owners who let us leave our bags early on day one. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Good facilities in kitchen.

Could do with better pillows. Drawers need fixing in bedrooms as they have come loose. But did not detract from enjoyment of stay.

Apartment was beautifully decorated, well equipped and clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location was great as it was 5 mins walk to the station and 20 mins from the Christmas markets.

The location was great for us as we used the train for day trips and could walk to the markets but it wasn't the nicest area.. which is often the case in big cities close to the station. Didn't feel unsafe just run down.

The host is a super host. The location is very good, just a 5-7 min walk. A nice, clean, comfortable apartment with kitchen and kitchen items. The host help to keep our bags even after departure.

Finding available parking slot in immediate neighborhood can be a bit of an adventure - simply plan for it.

Very clean apartment, all the needed facilities, functional kitchen, very close to gare de midi and metro station. Big living room, great bed mattresses. The windows are good enough to keep out the noise outside.

The shower was functional but the handle is broken and the large shower above is not working properly, but can be used. The pillows were too soft for our taste. Being close to the train station, it is a bit noisy if you keep the windows open.

Pillows are very poor. Found it really hard to sleep with the pillows.

Front door rattled when someone outside walks past. Very loud stairwell noise and outside noise in the middle of the night.

property was spacious and clean lots of restaurants and grocery around although the area seems to be a little rough . 20 minutes walk to the royal quarter. host was very nice and available to answer all our questions. we felt we were looked after.

The apartment is exactly how it shows in the pictures, what you see is what you get. Ana, the lady the manages the apartment is very sweet and keeps everything clean. My family and I really like the place and it was exactly what we needed

There is a subway station very close, so from there you can take train, subway, light trains, buses, whatever, and easily go anywhere. It has washing machine, which comes in handy for families with children, like mine.

I hated that the property indicates a symbol "P", as having parking, and then in details : "Public parking is possible at the property. Reservation is not necessary. Parking costs: EUR 10 per day." This actually means : "No, apartment has NO PARKING, so you must park on street". And most spots were taken, so we were driving around streets, trying to find where to park. I selected that property over others because I was cheated into believing it has parking. Booking.com should not allow properties to indicate Parking when they don't have, and we have to park on street. What is next? "WIFI available : go to internet cafe on front. Washing maching available : go to the washing center on the street"? Apartment did not have dishwasher. TV was so outdated, it does not have network connection (do those TVs exist anymore?), so no Netflix, only local TV in french. All accesories, in kitchen, lamps, were of very poor quality, even a frying pan, so thin, it does not work with the electric hob. Bonus : There is a "Night shop", that opens only at night, selling alcohol, about 20 meters from apartment, so there is noise all night, from men who go to buy and stay talking and laughing on the street for hours.

Location is only 1 1/2 blocks from Midi / South Train Station, which has trains going to Paris, Amsterdam, London, etc. The apartment was immaculately clean. Freshly ground coffee provided by the host was excellent
