Amazing location

Toilet didn’t flush properly

the property was ok but not worthy of the price. I was told it would be serviced every day, some days House keeping did not come until 5pm instead of while we were out for the day so we didn’t bother having the room cleaned.

staff was very helpful and allowed late check out. I was injured as I fell off my motorbike the day before and staff helped bring ice and other items to room.

Check in was super easy and quick. Eni was an absolute pleasure to deal with and looked after our transport to the airport.

Photos were not of actual villa we were in. Villa was good all the same.

The plunge pool was fabulous, always warm and loved the decor of the place too. The location was fabulous. Restaurants, spa, laundrette, shops and bike rental all outside the villa literally across the road.easy check in and out, cheap mini bar provided. Staff helped us rent a bike and book a taxi as grab, gojek and bluebird are not allowed to pick up in this area. Air conditioning was fabulous! Staff were friendly.

WiFi was very bad 👎, ants.. there were ants everywhere inside and outside. And could get in under the patio door, no rubbish or food could be kept anywhere inside due to this. Major ant problem that probably needs sorting. I don't mind a few ants, but the amount coming in was too much.

The villa looks beautiful.

The place is dusty due to new construction villa nearby and housekeeping only comes in every alternate days. They did not provide new bath towels on daily basis but request basis. There is only one floor mat and floor is very slippery to walk around. Canggu area is a private property. Need to use their own people’s transportation. The price is more expensive than ordering grab. Not a good place to stay as they have their own rules to follow especially transportation and housekeeping schedule could be better.

we arrived in bali only to get a whatspp message from the property that they are putting us in another location, 40 minutes away from where the booking was. This was in a completely different area, nowhere near canggu, very far from the beach, on the other side of the main road.

Slightly unclean smell in the bathroom but seems standard for old villas

great amenities and great location! very clean, staff were extremely friendly. shower was incredible.

bed was quite uncomfortable and can’t flush the toilet paper. room cleaned every 2nd day so the toilet paper bin got a bit smelly. door also didn’t close properly so it let mosquitoes and lizards into the room.

Noise pollution with building work being done so although it was a private Villa it never felt relaxing sadly. The facilities are great, good wifi, comfy beds. The sun never hits the pool/ loungers because of the tree’s blocking and I wouldn’t recommend unless you can ride a bike because town is about a 15 minute walk. The staff are very friendly however and helped us get a taxi. It’s a great villa itself I guess just outside factors made it bad with the noise and jungle behind, nothing at fault of the property.
