A very spacious and beautifully decorated room a street away from the waterfront of the old harbour.

The location is great and the hotel itself is nice but the room was so small that my husband could not bare to stay there. It would fit 1 person but definitely not 2. The shower was so small that you had yo keep your hands tight to the body. Definitely not suitable for a mighty person. The breakfast was good.the terase upstairs a nice bonus Overall an OK stay but would not book it again.

Our stay at the Palazzo Duco was great. The location was perfect, and the room was cozy but comfortable. The included breakfast each day was fabulous --- fit for a queen, with very generous portions and great service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful when we needed an accommodation. Close to many restaurants and shops in the Venetian harbour area and a short walk to the main bus depot as well. We were also able to walk easily to several nice beaches nearby.

Overall, our stay was great. I can't think of anything we didn't like. I would happily book there again if I was visiting at another time. The hotel was recommended in one of our travel guide books and it didn't disappoint. :)

The room was nice and quiet. The location is perfect. Bed was comfortable. Service was flexible.

I would not choose the breakfast again. It was not a hotel breakfast, but served in the next door taverna. As the hotel is very small, the personnel was not in the reseption all the time, it did not bother us though, but might come as a surpise to some. The bathroom was rustic, but very clean.

The room had a traditional charm without being archaic. A nice touch was two different sized pillow for different sleeping styles. The breakfast is served at a little restaurant next door, it's fresh, healthy and will certainly set you up for the day! While no one was there for check in, accurate and concise instructions were sent in-app, and getting entry was a breeze.

While the room was for two, the balcony was a little small so there was only a single chair, but that's not the end of the world.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a room with a balcony with a view of the harbor that was very nice. It was quiet at night and centrally located to everything.

The location was great, close enough to see the old port of Chania.

I thought I booked a room with a view and you’re not allowed to park within the port so we unexpectedly had to carry our things from the car about 5 minutes away.

Excellent location in the old town, truly kind and supportive staff, diverse and tasty breakfast in the restaurant next door, roof fop terrace open to all guests with a view to the Venetian harbour.

We stayed in three different hotels in Crete during our two weeks visit. Palazzo Duca was the best. It is located right in the center of the old town harbor. The room is beautiful and spacious. The staff was fantastic. Everyone of them was kind and helpful. The breakfast at the next door restaurant was delicious. They do prepare takeaway breakfast in case you need go out early. We had a pleasant stay and will come back again.

Wonderful staff, amazingly comfortable beds, a true palace. The room was really made for royalty. The staff was absolutely fantastic, they more than exceeded our expectations.

Parking!!!! No parking. They claim for free parking but it's public far and you need to try your luck. Reception: didn't try too hard to let us know about hotel facilities. For example we found out that they have a beautiful roof terrace only at the last day of our stay and because we asked for it
