Loved staying here. Kitchenette complete with dishwasher. Comfy beds. Garden View. Great pool and lounging areas. Terrace with tables and chairs . Shops a few minutes drive

Everything was nice, despite the personnel not speaking English was very polite and try to help me with anything I asked for.

The room was spatious, quiet and comfortable. There is a lot of storage space for your clothes and bags. Our room was cleaned daily.

Breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel, especially if you don't like a sweet breakfast. This hotel claims to be a hotel for staying long, but there are not enough breakfast choices if you stay here longer than 2 days. It was also difficult sometimes to find clean plates, glasses and cutlery, they should clean the dishes more thoroughly. They could also clean the room better: we noticed that the "hard to see" places were not cleaned: there was a dead bug next to our bed for days.

The bathroom. It's a big space, but with a small shower, with curtains, which are all over your body until you are having a shower. The whole bathroom is completely wet after the shower. It's a shame for otherwise comfortable and very clean room

our room was a bit beat up possibly because there is only a small piece of glass keeping the shower water from wetting the floor and feet of the cabinets, which are now starting to rot and come apart. Also, I would prefer a walk in shower instead of a tub shower.

They didnt want me to pay with 100€ bills a two nigths stay! they ask me to un 50€ bills adjunción me to go to a bank to chamge my 100€ bills. Crazy.

The room was spacious with excellent room for suitcase storage. The bathtub was a nice treat. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the town of Bouc Bel Air and the market there. The old town of Cabries was most interesting. The breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. We enjoyed our best croissants yet.

Room sound proofing could be improved. Some of the finishes in the room need updating.

The place is very beautifull. The manager was very nice, when We complained the room was not cleaned he offered us breakfast and a drink

The room was small and a bit run down. The room wasnt cleaned after 2 nights and We had to ask for the room to be cleaned.

The only advantage is the closed parking lot. Everything else is a terrible disappointment. It is not worth the price, the cleanliness is questionable, it was renovated a long time ago, the staff is below criticism. They advertise on their website that they speak 4 languages, including English. When you speak to them in English, the ladies freeze like deer in the spotlight. And that's not the worst of it. If they think you don't understand French, they will even make malicious statements behind your back. How is it possible that the gardener speaks English and the receptionist does not? Monday's breakfast probably contained leftovers from Sunday's breakfast.

The staff was great and helpful. Facilities are good and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The sauna was good enough.... The hourglass should be fixed before someone passes out waiting for the 15 minutes to pass :)

The breakfast was on the poor side, especially for the price. Actually there were no vegetables for breakfast.

Wonderful place to stay and explore Aix area, 15 mnts by car to get to town. Beautiful resort and lovely friendly staff. Strong recommendation!
