Value for money . Nice and clean rooms

We stayed for 3 nights and Waiting in queue to get a table for breakfast really put us off . If its a 5 star then obviously the restaurant should have the required sitting covers as per the room inventory.However the hostess at the restaurant was very sweet and kept apologising for the delay in allocating a breakfast table to the guests whereas it was not her fault .

I had early check in but they have provided early as per expecation without any charges. Their staff behaviour was polite & very pro active in their work. Very soft spoken & service was up to the mark

There could be a smoke riin in the ground floor & as well an ATM machine would be very helpfull

The hotel was neat & clean. The rooms were comfortable with all basic amenities. The room where my family stayed were spacious. Toilets/bath areas were very comfortable. The house keeping services were good especially the house keeping supervisor AMULU was very co-operative and helpful. The counter staff were more than willing to help. The Restaurant in the L2 was superb with good quality breakfast/dinner etc .. The Chef was very social. The location of the hotel was superb with easy approaches to all important areas. The room services were prompt. In all it was a nice and memorable stay. Hotel is recommended for family stay without any hesitation.

Good location, clean rooms, variable amenities available in the room, AC is good and working efficiently, staff friendly

The rooms are NOT soundproof, i had not been able to sleep at night with all the noises from the night club and the music and dancing around the pool which lasts from early night till 4 AM, The staff seems unaware about the problems with rooms as i requested quiet room and they place me right above the pool and its noise, it was horrible experience of not being able to sleep for 3 nights.. the hotel need to find a solution for the lack of soundproofing in the rooms
