Le sens du service, l'accueil et la gentille du personnel, notamment Shalini et Gayathri qui ont été parfaites ! Ma petite fille de 3 ans, Disha, a adoré leur compagnie !

Room was neat. Bathroom, rain shower were good. Food was good.
Only 2 sachets of Tea, coffee, sugar and milk powder were available in the room. I did not feel like asking for more. They could have been a little more liberal.

Everything is worst. Not clean. Worst smell in rooms. Bathrooms not clean. Floor slippery. Location is bad.

Only aspect that it’s close to the airport and we had to take a flight
Almost everything. The condition of the rooms were pathetic, broken tiles, taped-up bathroom, extremely limited amenities given in the room (e.g. bottles of water, creamer, etc). Pathetic food/tea/ breakfast. Not recommended at all to stay if you have another option.

The room quality is very poor. Please see snaps that I got of the room that they had given me after payment at reception of Rs. 3200 per night. On complaining about the room the receptionist told me that its the same room that you have booked from booking.com. How cheap is this? Am I really paid for broken floor, broken wash basin, dirty wash room, and furnitures with holes? All this happened at 10 pm as this is the time when I reached as my flight got delayed because of fog. After 10 mins of argument they changed my room and provided one good room. My experience here was worst. I would advise not to go to this hotel at any cost. They will just take the advantage of your situtation if you are doing check-in late night. Also the location was not good. They used to say that this hostel is nearby to the airport but with distance it is nearby but as per location it is not good.
I dont like the property location , the rooms in the property and the behaviour of their staff as well.

I liked just the staff, as they were prompt in replying and organising things for us. The food was also okay.
Except the staff everything was very bad. To begin with, the room was extremely unclean and unhygienic. The bathrooms were horrible being wet and unclean. The walls, taps and other things were bad and broken - definitely not a great place especially for the money we pay.

Rooms are easy accessible and clean. People are friendly and the reception is available 24hrs. Airport drop off is an added advantage.
I would suggest to improve on the supplied food freshness.

There was a group of rats inside the room and when I ask them to change my room they refuse to clean or change my room. I was unable to sleep and left the hotel midnight. My nightmare....

Bathroom is not clean, there is a heavy sound in bathroom because of the fan, if we turn off the fan lights also will turn off, heater is not working properly, there is a rain like sound coming from AC, and lot more, I informed twice but not response

Expected it to be a better reception to have a good impression and then the approach of the staff. Didn’t seem very professional for a 3 star hotel including the facilities.
