Close proximity to town centre
Many children facilities available on site
There's left over garbage from previous guests not cleared and also the remains cigarettes smoke smell in the kitchen

The cabins had everything we needed
The bathroom was quite damp & heating could of been better

Location is excellent and even though it looked at capacity still quiet and restful

Got a late checkout, which is a perk of being a member anyway. ($50 membership)

The staff were lovely, the cabin was child proof except for the deck. Clean, neat and modern. Pool was clean and water was a good temp.

The bed was comfortable and the linen clean. The size of the bathroom was large and clean. The grassed area in front of the bathroom was a bonus.

Well laid out park making it safe for children of all ages, with a fabulous pool area.
Lack of playground equipment apart from jumping pillow. Also no oven in unit or camp kitchen.

We all liked how close we had it to the beach, kids activates such as playgrounds, waterpark and swimming pool.
We didn't like that our blankets have not been washed from previous individuals who stayed at the same house as we did.
They were covered in others hair and were very dusty....

We are staying at the deluxe cabin and the place is clean but it doesn’t worth $450/night.

Pool wasn’t working and we weren’t informed of this or offered a discount. Pool is a big factor when deciding where to stay with kids

great location just a little over priced of the superior room
couldn’t fault it other than the price for one night. bathroom fan didn’t work.

The villa we initially booked was going to be unavailable as the people before us had Covid. I really appreciated being made aware of this and then offered an upgrade to our room so we could enjoy our stay.

Location was very central, staff were very welcoming and friendly and facilities were very clean.
Was a little cold at night in the cabin. Pretty sure the shampoo was the same liquid as the body wash.
