Easy to organise a late check in, staff very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect and great value for money.
We were looking forward to a swim and a bit disappointed that the pool gates were locked, but overall we were really happy with our stay and will definitely come again.

Very comfortable, clean and roomy accommodation. Took advantage of the onsite laundry which was a convenient card operated machines. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Stay here on occasion and is always good. Bed comfy, good bathroom and nice little kitchen. Love the full size fridge that works well. Parking outside room is handy too. Nice clean room. Cannot fault each time I stay.

Everything was OK
Stuffy smelly room. Toilet seat was disgusting, all stained. Surely a new toilet seat from Bunnings for $15 wouldn't brake the budget?? Was not advise the room was upstairs as I am waiting for a knee replacement made it very uncomfortable.

The apartment was a good size with master bedroom and spare room with two single beds, the lounge was spacious. Perfect for a family of 4. Bbq and pool families outside were very handy. Good location 4/5min drive to the beach.
Nice 2 bedroom apartment but it needs a good clean, the sofas in the lounge need extra cleaning, the shower had some mould and found couple cockroaches. And kitchen needs extra plates, cups and cutlery. There was just a bare minimum in those cabinets.

TV was horrible, will love to see the TV change as the speaker on the TV in Room 9 would not sound with clarity.
I will love to see Staff Friendliness more, the few I spoke with, did not seems they wanted to be at work, but overall, My large Family had enough fun as we made the best out of our holiday.
