Bit of noise from the neighbours.

Staff were very nice and helpful.
We booked the Superior Study and the room was a decent size with a sofa to sit on and a table to either work at or eat at, plus a small coffee table.
Hotel was nice and clean, and within walking distance to a local shopping centre.
Parking was not a problem.
Location was great however noise factor from the premises opposites meant we could not use our balcony as it was so noisy.
If you stay here take note that the WATER IN THE ROOM IS NOT POTABLE, so you cannot drink it, and It is the first thing you read in the information book, so you are warned and they supply 2 x 600ml water bottles free each day, which is less than the average amount of water for 1 person to consume per day. This does not shout 4 stars to me.
There were no USB points for charging any phones, computer or tablets, so we had to borrow a slow charger adaptor from reception it seems some of the rooms may have been updated.
The shower door was placed as such that you got soaked when you tried to turn the shower on as the lever handle was behind the door and the shower was not adjustable and was placed very high.
No flyscreen on the large sliding door to the patio, not that you could sit out with the very very loud music from the business opposite.
Even though the staff were nice the Breakfast was passable and is $25-$30 per person.
I think the 4 star rating they show must have been given some time ago.

The front staff was amazing on arrival and along with all the other staff services. The staff members were all amazing with my questions and requests.

The room was in very good order with lovely views from the upper floor with a comfortable bed.

Location, check-in/out, really spacious rooms, very comfy bed.
Some snacks available in the room would have been great. Shower door obscures the taps - have to get in to turn it on! Brrrr.

Very large room. Booked a studio so was expecting it to be smaller. HUGE TV that I was able to bluetooth to.
Older style room/ bathroom. Window couldn't be wound shut completely and being a cold winters night, it let the cold air and outside noise in.

The quiet and privacy of our room, the staff was so friendly and accomodating . The history and displays were very interesting . The location was central and within walking distance to the city and beach. Didn’t have breakfast as we don’t like smorgasbord and that’s all they had to offer.
Breakfast could be open a little longer and because it was off season we could not have it room service . Also it was smorgasbord , so we chose to have breakfast elsewhere . Otherwise we would have had breakfast if we had a chose. Could not also have dinner there as again it was off season we presumed.

Location, comfortable room. Hot tub and bathroom spa.
Sugar was not topped up during cleaning. So my man uses two sugars per coffee and had a coffee late Saturday night. I rang reception on waking Sunday morning requesting more. Receptionist was polite but said it may take 15 + for her to bring up. I suggested house keeping bring it up. Still took 20 mins. Phone in room not working. No menu for the restaurant evening time.
