Great self catered apartment which had everything we needed including a nice pool. Situated a 10 minute walk from the Old Town, with local shops a 3 minute walk away. The host was extremely friendly and was happy to help with any questions.

Zelijko was there at the property to meet us. He arranged a pick up at the airport for us and when we arrived he greeted us and showed us the apartment, it's facilities, and fwd lots of information on WhatsApp, regarding restaurant recommendations and trips. The apartment was wonderful with fantastic views across the Bay from our balcony. It was about a 15min walk into the Old Town, very straightforward and well lit at night. There were a couple of Bars on route, plus a pharmacy and a bakery, which also sold bread, cakes, pies etc, and take away pizza's. All at very good prices. These places serviced a very small touring mobile home area with a small beach. The pool at the apartment was amazing with outstanding views. The tiled area around the pool was pristine and the plants were lovely. The loungers were also pristine and very comfortable, with use of apartment towels for the pool area. It was also very quiet and the perfect spot to read or watch the cruise ships across the Bay or just look at the amazing mountain range round the Bay. The weather was great, but there had been a cold, rainy snap before we arrived and the pool hadn't had the chance to 'warm-up' so the water was quite cold, but obviously that's nobody's fault. Zelijko was the perfect host, warm, friendly and very helpful. We found all the locals great people to meet. One thing to note was the paved driveway from the road to the apartment. It was quite a steep incline, but short. It didn't bother us but it could be tricky if you have limited mobility.

The host couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, he gave us a number for kayaking and gave us restaurant recommendations. Really big studio apartment with all the facilities we needed (apart from a bottle opener which we managed without). Bed was super comfy and the living room was big enough to relax at the end of the day, outside we even had a clothes aired which was useful after we swam and kayaked. Location was close to the old town (about 15-20 minutes), there was also a BBQ restaurant nearby which was amazing! Views from the apartment and terrace were beautiful, pool was really clean and had sun loungers to use while looking at the view of the bay. Really relaxing and beautiful stay, thank you!

we booked this stay for the view, and it did not disappoint! we loved being able to sit outside with our breakfast and with a glass of wine in the evening and just look out at the bay. the apartments also provide a lot of privacy and are nice and quiet!

for the price, the apartment fell a bit short when it came to amenities. while there’s a nice big kitchen, we found it hard to cook much beyond a simple breakfast due to the limited cooking tools available. adding a things like a few cutting knives, a cutting board, salt/pepper/olive oil, would greatly improve the experience. would also be nice to have some shampoo and soap in the bathroom.

The view from the room was mesmerising. the cleanliness was spot on, not one grain of dust to be found anywhere. Location is perfect, only 12-15min away from the old town and is very quiet.

Gorgeous apartment, very clean and in a brilliant location

The apartment was perfectly located, clean, spacious and comfortable. The view was beautiful, right across the bay to the old town. Our host, Zeljko, and his parents were very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately we both were very ill with a virus, for the few days in Kotor and so saw and did very little. We asked to stay an extra night to recover before a long drive and this was accommodated in another apartment, without any problem. The host's parents even offered to help us move the very short distance!

No complaints at all - except that we were ill and so unable to fully enjoy beautiful Kotor and surroundings!!

Great apartment, fab view day or night, cute cats, kitch could use salt, pepper, other basics. And one good knife with cutting board. Steps. Lots. Problematic for balance or walking challenged. But worth the effort. Cooperative host, quick to respond. Not an "absentee landlord". Ten to fifteen minutes walk to Old Town. Local boat tours will pick up or drop in Muo (neighborhood name).

The views from these apartments were stunning. Old town of Kotor is only a short walk from these apartments and the host is very helpful. He gave us some recommendations which turned out to be some of our favourites. He also organised a boat tour which was lots of fun and great way to explore the area.

We've spent 4 nights in this property - booked an deluxe suite with terrace and sea view - and everything was wonderful! Starting with the host, Zeljko, who I had a great communication and continuing with cleanliness, view, location - 15 minutes walk to old town - and facilities, like parking, pool, wifi signal - even at the pool! I truly recommend this property! And for sure I would book it again and again! @Dončić team, keep up with the good work!!!

Interior decor a bit dated. The access and parking are up a steep hill but this was fairly common in Montenegro!

View from the pool was amazing, also nice from the room. There is a walk to Kotor, but rather easy if you don;t mind 15min stroll along the coast. The apartment is new with nice kitchen and a balcony,

the beds were not that great but ok. There is no real beach but you can swim in the sea nearby.
