From the staff being pleasant, I think they were the cleaners also, so yep very accommodating... The room was clean and spacious...

Noisy neighbors, but what can you say... it was the hype of the weekend, alot of sports events were happening and so the youth were respectful...

Clean, fresh and lovely. Great black out curtains. Quiet.

Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Loved the coffee bags and plunger and decent bottle of milk.

Staff are excellent, so friendly especially on arrival and checking out. The rooms are always clean and tidy and smell clean. We stay here all the time and always leave very satisfied. Sky tv and free coffee etc is great

We had the 2 bed suite for 5 adults, it was very roomy, comfortable. The shower was unreal! Getting ready for a wedding, the bathroom was huge, bedrooms also had mirrors. Very practical room. Easy parking, well located,great value.

Lovely room, very clean, good facilities. The laundry room was an added bonus, just $2 per load use the honest box in the laundry. It was warm and sunny outside so I was able to dry my washing outside on the line provided at the back of the building. A dryer was available for a further $2. I made use of the swimming pool, it was a little cold, but it was a sunny day and afterwards a dip in the hot tub was wonderful. Situated close to nearby shops and the city was about a 15 minute drive as long as you don’t get stuck in traffic, which built up at obvious times around 2:3pm when children are beginning to come home from school and again at 4:30ish pm when people were driving home from work. Lovely staff on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived the key fob that is inserted to get the electricity supply was broken and the lady in charge, sorry I didn’t get her name, went out of her way and beyond her working day to sort a temporary fix out. She apologised profusely for the temporary fix, to us it was not an issue at all. She then booked the election to come out the following day to fit a new device. This lovely lady then came to check that everything had been done properly. What a star, thank you so much.

When cooking food there is no extractor fan to take the smell of cooked food away. I turned on the heat pump to try to shift it, which did help. Overall the cooking facility was a lot better as it had a 2 hob electric plate.

Nice clean units. Plenty of tea and coffee. Nice lady at reception.

Wanted a stove (which was in description) but only had two stove-top elements. Strange stale urine smell in hall outside bathroom. Extremely loud water pipes -couldn’t hear ourselves speak!

Bathroom very dated, shower over very high sided dated spa bath.. TV very small, not what is acceptable in this day and age

The kitchen and bathroom was roomy.

A short walk away from Bethlehem town centre, rooms are tidy.

The people next door were incredibly noisy & every time they turned on the taps the noise was so loud. Was going to stay for 2 nights but left after 1 as the noise from next door was to much.

Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped rooms. Pool, laundry facilities.
