My parents said that the place was fresh and so spacious. Hermann was so helpful. Security was absolutely fantastic.

Location was great, the complex was extremely quiet

Could not use the designated garage, door motor was too low, no SUV can fit into gatage. This is not acceptable, this should have been stated upfront

The house was beautiful, awesome open spaces. It had all the facilities, wifi, full bouquet DSTV and we did not struggle to get the keys. Security was great, we didn't even worry when our vehicle couldn't fit in the garage and it had to sleep outside 😊. We just loved the place. Thank you for hosting us.

The cleaning lady wasn't cleaning the bedrooms and bathrooms, didn't change the towels and didn't refill tissues on Saturday. We were 6 people sharing a house and bathrooms that were not cleaned even though we are dealing with a deadly virus aggravated by unhygienic environment. We did our best by making the beds to show her Ubuntu however she didn't bother to clean or straightened things up. We could see that she did not clean any bedrooms in the house. She didn't touch the kitchen. Even though we were not expecting her to wash the dishes, it would have been nice if she wiped common surfaces.

The location, ease of access, parking and the little attention to detail in the home makes this an ideal home to use as your holiday home away. Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, and lovely patio garden. Walking distance to umhlanga town and the beach. Owners were pleasant and attentive when needed. Staff very friendly.
