Terrible restaurant. Overpriced and worst meal of trip by a wide margin.

This hotel provided an amazing stay! We were upgraded to a room with a view, and it was a lovely water view. The bathroom was top notch, with a separate tub and shower. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both meals were excellent with great service. Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly, especially the front desk personnel. It was an easy to drive from the the airport, and easy to drive out of town from here.

Superb in every sense. The staff were exceptional in every manner possible. Overall both the hotel and all the staff members created an atmosphere that will be remembered for a long time. We will be back and if you can provide us with a top floor room accommodation that would be great!! Best regards, Karl and Natalia

Loved everything about the hotel. Great room, wonderful bed and all the extras in the room like iron etc. Please note that the shower door in our room 1120 does not close properly and therefore the shower water leaks onto the floor. The liquours and tradition Portuguese cakes that were left for us in the room were fantastic and tasty. Thank you for the room upgrade!

Went up to the 23rd floor to have a look at the swimming pool. The SPA receptionist was on the phone when we exited the lift. She didn't look at us or pay any attention to us what so ever, for more than 5 minutes, just kept talking on the phone. We gave up on getting any information from her regarding the spa and didn't get to see the swimming pool. This was our only NEGATIVE experience during our stay.

Ground floor resturant - staff were VERY poor

staff/clean windows/lift - we got stuck inside - it was was suggested we should have left the building on or before 12.00

The hotel has unique architecture, however questionable taste for the decoration. Sana hotels have great staff, attentive and efficient, but their greatest point is breakfast. I don't think you'll get better breakfast anywhere else. Variety and quality are superb.

We had an electrical issue in the room, which took a bit too long to be solved. I also don't approve of one bathrooms, but 3/ 4 hotels we stayed in Portugal had open bathrooms. A door gives more privacy.

Everything was good

The view was breathtaking, the bed super comfortable and the Spa so relaxing. The breakfast was one of the most diverse I have ever seen, full of fresh produce and delicious diverse dishes. The view on the water is of course an enormous bonus. Staff is incredibly friendly whether at check in or in the restaurant and SPA. The gym is also great and with a gorgeous view. It was also lovely to be able to take a walk along the shore with a large selection of places to eat on the way

Nothing I would change

The bedroom views are amazing. Waking up with the sunrise on the other side of the Tagus river is inspiring. The hotel is great and it offers everything you'd expect a 5 star to offer, Super comfortbale, clean and quiet. The restaurant is also good.

As soon as we arrived by taxi two members of staff came to greet us and took our bags to the recption.Very nice people. Reception was good. Then some one took us to our room. He was trying to say that this is the best room you have ever stay,? I said no we have been better hotel for example OBEROI,Delhi,Jaipur and Agra and Ritz in Sydney.All of them had beautiful view and bath tub and shower in a different adjacent large room. Never the less the room was beautiful. Fantastic view. Nice bed with fine linen. Breakfast was good.Good quality food and fine china. The restrurent was Just on top of the Tagus river. Beautiful view. Staff were excelent. Girl at rhe reception of the resturent was very nice.Always smiling and friendly.

Beautiful bath tub just in the centre of the room and no seperate shower. They have economize with the space. I know the space is money but if you want a upgrade hotel then you have to provide it.I am prepare to pay for it and I do expect it.There is nothing to hold on to get a shower and no facility to sit down after a hot bath or shower.

Fast check in, friendly staff, great breakfast, would have loved to try out the spa and roof restaurant, but didnt have time this trip.

The staff is super nice with customers AND among themselves, it seems like they're genuinely happy to work there. Food is great. Also worth trying the 50 seconds restaurant at the top f the tower. 24h gym, SPA and Wellness treatments were on point. There's also a sauna with amazing views on the 23rd floor. Views of the river and the Vadco da Gama bridge (longest in Europe) are breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. There's literally nothing that went wrong.

It's hard to say what they could improve.
