La facilidad para alquilarlo, la amabilidad del dueño de la casa (Muchas gracias Fabio), y en si, la villa es perfecta para pasar unos días relajados y disfrutar de la maravillosa piscina y de la casa amplia y muy cómoda.

Very spacious vila. good equipment (oven, wasdisher, swimming pool heated). nice garden. good beds. big bedrooms.

it can be windy. but that has nothing to do with the Vila. The temperature was great. Even in January.

Arrived the first day been told need to pay 300euro deposit. After left the villa on the 31 August until today the 28 September I'm still chasing my deposit. The guy called Franco I believed is the Co-owner I have been tried call him since we left asking for my money back but no answering text messages no reply. I have made complaint via booking.com customer service today and they will let me know in the next a few days so fingers crossed!!! At the end of the day only 300euro it won't effect my life but I'm just shocked the way how the owner treat their customer by not taking phone call and text for no reasons!!! How booking.com even allowed these people listed their property I will never know!!!!!

Lots of space. Pool and outside area fantastic, provided shade or sun all day. Short walk to Lidl. Comfortable beds.

A little too far to walk into town when it's really hot but plenty of taxis.

Advertised with Jacuzzi, which wasn’t there. There was no bath either. Swimming pool not heated, water very cold. Didn’t use it. Won’t book with booking.com again as they have ignored our request to cancel the booking few days before travelling as we have contacted the host who advised that the amenities where not actually as advertised. Scammers!

Girls holiday! Had a lovely week at villa Lovisi 2.. beautiful villa.. very clean, comfortable.. and very spacious.. four big bedrooms, three bathrooms , so lots of space . Pool area excellent, lots of sun beds, lovely seating/ dining area and bbq.. would be great for a large family or families.. three minute walk to Lidl.. 10/15 min walk to playa del ingle centre... taxi cheap.. less than €5 to maspalomas beach...👍😎

Very spacious villa. Good location near shops and bars. Easy walk to the beach (20 mins). Very clean and comfortable.

We couldn't use the shower in the ensuite as it leaked. The pool was not heated so very cold when the weather was between 22°C and 27°C during our 2 week stay in October. The drains in the ensuite smelled of sewage. Motorway runs past the villa 200m away so quite noisy. The view to the sea was across a large area of wasteland. The wooden window blinds in the downstairs bedroom were broken and some of the window blinds in other bedrooms did not operate correctly. Ants in the kitchen. Oven noisy but we reported it at the end of our holiday and the owner said he would replace it.

The property is done to a great standard throughout. It is about 4 euro in a taxi to the beach and other central facilities. There is a large Lidl located within a 2 minute walk from the Villa. The pool was a good size and the outdoor BBQ was great. The air conditioning was amazing and much needed! There air conditioning fans in every room and in communal areas (all remote controlled). There was plenty of loungers and outdoor seating. The pool was cleaned daily and was always fresh and clean when we awoke in the morning.

The pictures show a foozeball table which wasn’t there (no big deal) The water fountain was off during the duration of the visit. I think it’s purpose is to fill the pool.
