Lovely 2 bed house in quiet, up-market residential area of Sonneland. The hosts were lovely and left us lots of nice things, like wine, fruit etc, which we did not expect. The house was immaculately clean. Each bedroom has a superking bed with luxury hotel quality mattresses and pillows. There is a huge TV with Netflix etc in the living room, we did not use it but it was there had we wanted to. The outside area is very comfortable with a Jacuzzi/ spa tub, sofa, dining table etc. The houses in the area also share a communal pool, which I did use once, there was no one else there at the time, so I had it all to myself. The nearest small supermarket is about a 7 minute walk up the hill from the house or drive to Mercadona about 5 mins away.The beach and Restaurant area in Meloneras/ Maspalomas is about a 25 min walk or there are a few bus stops in the area and plenty of taxis around, a Taxi to the beach area was around €6, buses are very cheap, clean and reliable, but with a hire car it would be easier to get around the Island. You can park a car right outside the door of the house. The house is inside a gated community.

The property was fantastic. There was nothing you could fault it on. the large spacious living area was perfect for relaxing in, watching the large smart tv, lounging with a book or magazine. The kitchen was full of all mod-cons, and utensils. The air conditioned bedrooms were comfortable and relaxing, with lots of storage. Beautiful bathroom with a rainforest shower too. The garden was beautifully decorated with a fantastic lounge area, dining area, pizza oven, loungers and a relaxing private hottub!

We loved this property and there is nothing we didn’t like, except we didn’t have time to stay longer

The house and the hosts were terrific. We were travelling with 2 small kids in January. the first week was a bit windy, so the jacuzzi was a real treat. The house was well equipped, and the street was very safe with about 20 houses in a closed off street. The pool was a bit cold in January but no one else was using it so we could swim there by ourselves. Hosts were very quick to reply on my questions. Highly recommended.

You will need a car or taxicab to get around.

The hosts were superb; we were traveling with our baby (11 months) and the hosts provided us with all kinds of baby accessoires during our stay - this made our holiday a lot more enjoyable. Overall the Villa was very clean, spacious and equipped with an excellent airconditioning. The garden is great as well with many spots to sit and relax, especially in the Jacuzzi. The WiFi was perfect throughout the whole area. 10/10 would definitely come back again.

Everything was great. Clean, lots of space, has everything you need and more (for cooking, washing). Friendly, attentive and helpful hosts. Hot tub is great too! Private parking.

We had a great time spending in the villa. Big space patio and living room create ideal place to leasure and rest. The house is very well equipped with all needed things so you can purely enjoy your holiday.

The arrival was very welcoming. The owner was there to meet us, as we made the booking very last minute they had to prepare the house in very little time and did so very well. They placed wine, beer and chocolates for welcome! The house was very spacious, the beds very comfortable with nice linnens and plenty of good pillows. The bathroom had a very good size with good shower. Because of the many trees around you could hear birds sing every morning. The neighbourhood very quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped, with washingmachine, big fridge, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, juizer etc etc. The garden was very private, with a wonderfull jacuzzi and sunbeds. We ate outside every night (in March!). With car everything was in reach. The villa is very suitable to use a comeback after surf, cycling etc etc.

Nothing really, all was very well. Ofcourse if the house would have been on the beach it would have been even better but the the value for money was perfect.

The property is exceptional in a quiet and safe area. It is extremely modern with excellent facilities. The outdoor garden is sunny & private with a lovely hot tub. The beds were so comfy and the shower really good. Everything you could wish for. Supermarket within walking distance with many other shops, restaurants,beaches a short drive away . Maria & David are wonderful hosts, friendly and quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommend & can't wait to return.

I have no negative comments. One of the nicest places we have stayed in.
