We had a nice stay at this hotel. Near to tha cable car going to seceda and alpe de suisi. Lots of restaurant. Wonderful balcony view

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. We paid for the breakfast and thought it was well worth it. Lots of choice.

It was too close to the skiing area and cable car so machinery made noise. I think room furniture needs a bit of upgrading and also they need to install good kitchen extraction as all the smell of food came up to the floors were rooms are so was not nice to have that bad smell. Just some suggestions to improve on what hotel offers!

Location was incredible, about a 5 minute walk to the Alpe di Suisi gondola. The main town center was about 10 minutes away on foot. The room had a huge balcony and view onto the city (hills, small church steeple, etc.). The breakfast was fantastic and way more than the front desk suggested - it had everything. There is also a play room for the kids, a playground for the kids that you can see from the hot tub, and a wellness center with saunas, hot tubs, etc. Very nice!

The room did not seem to be as updated as the rest of the property. Comfortable, but a noticeable age to the bathroom. I would still stay there again, no question.

Excellent hotel for staying at Ortisei. It is a few minutes walk from the main commercial area of the town, but is far enough to be quiet. Rooms have great views of the mountains. The bedding was comfortable and the room modern. The gym, sauna and the jacuzzi were very clean and well maintained.

Breakfast was an extra 15 euros (we knew that while making the reservation). There are plenty of cafes and restaurants all around though

The kitchen closed before we had a chance to get dinner but they let us stay at the bar later to compensate.

Very good breakfast with good selection of items. Staff were replenishing food items regularly. Great location across the centre of town but within a 2 minute walk to it. Gondola to Siusi just 5 minutes walk away.

No temperature control in the room. At night room got hot and had to open door to balcony as only way to let cool air in.

The location is perfect and the room was new, clean and big.

There is no Air conditioner, so if you are thinking to travel in summer think about it twice, we were lucky that the weather was good. We didn't try the breakfast.

Despite the name, Hotel Hell was an awesome place to stay! The room was huge with a gorgeous balcony looking over the mountains. The shower and bath were great and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. We also loved the individual jacuzzis and the fact we could use the beautiful pool from next door. The hotel was quirky and cool and very centrally located to walk to local gondolas and the town square.

There wasn’t much not to like!
