Property had everything we needed it was perfect for a few days away

It was a bit of a walk to the Patong beach strip but there were still restaurants and shops near the hotel

I paid for 3 nights but only stayed one night the location was up hill this is a place you definitely need your own transport

Water wasn’t working for 2 days

I was disappointed when I first arrived at the airport I had pad for transport to the hotel . but when I got when outside there was no waiting for us .. I had ask everyone for our name pick up they told us no.. Then I a saw name that might of been my my wife so I went to the lady an ask her . showed her our booking.. she laugh and said the name was wrong… I then call the hotel .. but not answer.. I had waited for an hour then call the hotel again but still not answer… so we decide to catch a taxi to the hotel which coast us ..$60 dollars …. on the way to the hotel they rang us … when we got to the hotel my wife told them that there was no to pick us up.. they told my wife that the transport fee was no refund .. and the had spelt her name wrong… then they told here they haven’t received payment i ask how can this be if you have organised to pick us up.???? she said no payment has been received and want me a to pay before letting us in to hotel.. My wife said she will ring Booking.com.. Then suddenly the reception found the payment.. then she told us our payment was for breakfast only and transport to the hotel which was not refund able…then we paid for our stay on top for what we have already paid. Thé room she had showed us was nothing like the room we saw online.. it’s dirty dusty .. unclean .??? my wife look at me .. then the reception said they could up grade us to a better room after we have already paid more than we should have .. we said no that fine ….the reception stay where very unprofessional.. they speak to you .. not water was given.. the room was not cleaned .. tou had to ask the to tidy the room .. ask for clean linen… I don’t recommend this hotel to frost time travellers because the will try to bleed you for as much money as they can from you … they don’t care because they think they have you by the balls.. i have been tracking to Phuket for ten years on and of ..and would be the worst hotel I said in..

This location has more bad things rather than good things. But the room has a big refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, some dishes and a good restroom and shower.

A lot of things. First this hotel is far from patong beach and located on the hill. Our room was on the 4th floor without an elevator. Has the most dirty pillow and towels. The price for this hotel is high. They have a free shuttle to Bangla road but they never pick you up from there.

Nice pool area, room spacious and clean. Nice to have animals near by, good taxi service and free toiletries were handy.

The beds were uncomfortable and solid pillows. Understand not your fault but be warned of the hill, was difficult to walk and no tuk tuk would attempt. Staff were lovely but could have been more friendly/helpful.

Nice clean place to stay in front of the hotel where u can use the pool and the gym with a great view of the beach because it's up hill. Also the stuff are really friendly and would help with anything.
