The most I like the bathroom is big because we got the botanical suite there is a jacuzzi inside my nieces enjoy it very much. Breakfast buffet is really good a lot to choose and one of the staff cooked eggs anything you want. Bed is comfortable to sleep

I reserve two rooms the other rooms the key card don't work we need to use there original key just to open the room. The fruits for breakfast they need to change it because for the 3 days 2 nights we stay still the same dessert they offer for breakfast.

Need to pay for the 2!face towel ,, which is that we don’t know if they give us complete set of towels ,, we check our things before leaving the hotel to make sure we didn’t took it home,,

Beautiful location. We booked the suite and had very comfortable beds (1 double, 2 single, and 1 extra single): the mattress was great as well as the pillows.

Our suite had a side door, which we asked to be opened upon arrival, as we were under the impression that outside our room was a garden. Instead, there was rubbish, and a dilapidated building. In addition, we were called in the morning, scolding us for opening the side door, when the evening concierge happily opened it for us. We were never informed that there was no vaping allowed outside the building except in a designated area and was also told off for doing so. We felt quite scolded every time we did something which we were not informed to be not allowed. Also, we were never informed until our last night there that we had a private terrace. P8,000 a night would have been worth it, if only the service was more welcoming, and informative of what is and what is not permitted in the hotel grounds. The breakfast staff were not friendly at all. The only staff member was the receptionist who was extremely pleasant, who also made our arrival snd check-out pleasant.

I liked the area and the view the most. prestigious interior of the restaurant

If you want to sleep, do not go there for the night because the noise and excessive light from the corridor will not let you sleep.

for the price of the fireplace suite, it should have a window where you can let the cool baguio breeze to enterz which is mostly what we came for

The Jacuzzi.

My experience at the Log Cabin Hotel was a complete nightmare. The front desk staff was rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. The room lacked basic amenities, the internet connection was unreliable, and the check-out process was marred by aggression and disrespect, such behaviour tarnished what was supposed to be a special occasion. I reported this dreadful experience to Booking.com, and they assured me that they would take appropriate action and investigate the matter. I appreciate their customer support. I hope that my feedback will lead to improvements in their service and prevent future guests from enduring similar disappointments.
