The location was good and the room was fine for a short trip.

It was infested in silver tail bugs, not pleasant at all. Unfortunately I got nothing from the staff when I told them about it, they knew about this problem and told me to open the door in the room. As I work in hospitality myself, I know that’s not acceptable.

Its a great place to stay with a family having 2 kids. The apartment allows you be flexible with what you want to do. It was a great place to stay for a shorter period. If I had things doing in Cologne for a longer period it could well be this location.

The car park was a bit confusing at first. Signage is not the best way.

The location was great and I enjoyed the concept of apartments in a hotel. The interiors were delightful and the staff was heartful. Air conditioning was nice to have.

There were quite a lot of details first there were no sheets for our kids' beds, then we noticed that the bed was broken, the room was untidy, the breakfast was a bit disappointing and the butter was old, there was a fire alarm during our stay... People were really nice and helped in everything but I guess there was lack of information or lack of staff so the processes didn't work as well as they should.

Location was excellent, very close to the old town, and easy to find. Secure, dedicated Adagio off-street parking very good too. Beds were very comfortable.

The floor wasn’t clean - very dusty. Very basic kitchen utensils and tea towels in the kitchen. Oven/grill not working - there was a sign saying it sets off the smoke alarm.

The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a little training room for guests. Free coffee and water in reception.

You have to buy coffee pods from reception to use within your room. The air conditioning does not work. The hotel room is super hot. The aparthotel is very loud on the streets, sirens throughout the night, public shouting on the streets at night. Aparthotel is comfortable for 3 guests and not 4 guests per Aparthotel. Breakfast is expensive at €18 day. The bed pillows are terrible. The hotel needs to replace all the pillows as they are bad quality.

I felt the sitting area near the lobby was not very clean. I had to request to have a table cleaned since it was full of food stains and debris. The couches were filled with crumbs under the pillows. The fitness room had two treadmills that didn’t work and we were told we could only wear indoor shoes.

Nice big apartment with plenty of room for a family of 4 and private room for parents. Great location too

we couldn’t get to the parking deck because of the Karneval party (the parade didn’t start until after our hotel and parking deck but they wouldn’t let us through. Also our room key stopped working and the room key machine stopped working so we had to leave earlier than planned.

We stayed here for a weekend with a group of friends. The hotel is located in the center of Köln and equipped with all comforts. The staff was very friendly and we were even allowed to use the lobby for our self-bought breakfasts and dinners. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is located in a very good spot and you can go to the central market areas by walking as well as the Cathedral landmark of Cologne. The apartments have all you need to prepare a quick meal but you have to be careful as you will be warned about the smoke alarms by the reception personnel. It was very clean and if you want you can clean the place yourself with the provided equipment. Their cleaning is happening every 5 days.

Some cutlery could be stored away the stove as the basket containing them, had some oil residues that are difficult to remove.

The location is good. In 15 or 20 minutes walking you get to the station and the shopping area is close. The room is very quiet. There was no noise from outside. The style of the room is nice, with different colours and a nice picture of the bridge and the cathedral. The stuff is also very friendly and they speak fluent English.

The pillows were quite thing and soft. I had to put one pillow on top of the other to make it thicker. Although this is quite personal. Not everybody is comfortable with the same pillow.
