Nichts, alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit

Arrived at 1am with a 12 year old in tow to discover the room was 28c and the aircon didn't work at all. Reported it to reception who promised to sort it. They then proceeded to ignore me for 15 minutes. I left as I couldn't leave the 12 year old any longer. Nobody attended the room. In the end we opened all the windows and lay awake all night listening to the traffic. Absolute rubbish.

Top- schöne Zimmer, super nettes Personal. Kann man nur empfehlen, wenn man in der Nähe vom Flughafen eine Unterkunft braucht.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen. Das Hotel bietet als Service gratis einen Shuttleservice zum Abfluggate an. Die Zimmer sind überdurchschnittlich groß, die Betten ausgesprochen bequem. In den Zimmern steht zur Begrüßung Wasser bereit, auch Kaffeekapseln kann man kostenlos nutzen. Aufgefallen ist uns das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal, vor allem im Restaurant und beim Frühstück. Auch das Essen im Restaurant können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es ist sowohl ausgesprochen lecker als auch reichhaltig. Das trifft so auch aufs Frühstück zu. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden bei der nächsten Reise auf jeden Fall wieder einchecken.

Es ist immer positiv zu bewerten, wenn ein Unternehmen ausbildet. Die Rezeption aber mit zwei Trainees zu besetzen, von denen eine kein Wort Deutsch spricht und die andere auch nicht wirklich auskunftsfähig ist, gestaltet die Ankunft und den ersten Eindruck nicht wirklich positiv. Wir mussten einem älteren Paar helfen, da sie sich nicht verständigen konnten. Zum Glück hat sich dieser erste Eindruck nicht bestätigt.

Comfortable, friendly staff

I was very disappointed that I was not able to receive an iron during my stay at Leonardo Hotel Köln Bonn Airport. The people at reception told me the hotel has 15 irons, but not one of them was available on my arrival, or the next day. I understand that other guests need to use the irons, but there should be a better system in place for returning once they have finished using (or at least keeping track of where they were allocated). You have a very nice hotel, and the staff are very helpful, but this has given me a negative impression because it is going to impact the way I present myself and my business on this trip. I ask that you consider how this issue is handled in the future.

I had to pay one day extra even though i have checked out early. I have been treated outsider as i have booked through booking.com This is not fair treatment to any customer. Specially visiting first time from outside of country.

We took advantage of the shuttle to airport train connection the next morning. Really friendly staff who helped with everything. Room had enough space for myself and the children

The shuttle bus was offered to go back to the airport the next day.

The location is bad, not accessible on foot. No warning information was sent by the hotel about the free shuttle bus! The room was dirty, there were crumbs on the carpet and also a lot of dust mites.

One of my worst stays in hotel in a long time I even left one day early as I couldn't handle to stay an extra night. I was still charged for the additional night.

the property was near airport and with the car of Hotel we could go to the train station at airport and after ten minutes you find yourself in the center of city. you don’t need use your car.
