Everything was ok with the exception of the walls which were very, very thin. I basically could not sleep because the sound coming from the other rooms.. almost all night long..

Highly recommended place!!Warm and lovely people, clean environment, good location which was easily accesible. I have asked the staff for 2 cups of coffee with milk, but they have brought me a table with 2 porcelain cups of coffee, milk putting a smile on their faces. This is what I would call exceptional customer services. Also, the staff speaks English.

Smoking inside the hotel lobby is unacceptable. The bathroom needs some renovation!

The whole hotel smells like sewage, it's disgusting, all night with that smell. They had a full cigarette ashtray on the balcony and leftover potato chips between the beds. The pool is not working, they have construction material everywhere. When I told the one in charge, apparently the owner's son, he told me that it was a booking error not to notify that the pool was closed. Not just closed, it was unusable. He told me I'd better stay somewhere else. His attitude was violent, he came out of the hotel yelling at her and almost hit my husband. A totally bully attitude that now has us worried because they took a photo of my ID. Yelling to hit me, he only stopped because he was imitating calling the police and because my husband was asking him to calm down. It was a risky situation and an unpleasant night to which I hold booking responsible for not ensuring a standard of hygiene, verification and security.

Suppose that the sewage is not as well designed. The smell comes inside the room and is persistent
