Location, room, hot spa, amenities!

Bikes are not suitable for use, towels were not looking very clean

Staff are really friendly and helpful

There were no microwave or at least a bottle of water in the room.And it was a tiny little room.It’s not worth for the money.

This location is not open or functioning anymore, but I was still charged, despite updating booking.com. Somehow, the property confirmed with booking.com that I had stayed there, even though that was impossibly, and I had to find other accommodations. Don’t try to book here, you will get scammed.

Was unable to access TV

Really cosy atmosphere, with spotlessly clean and comfortable communal areas. Very well equipped kitchen

No soap or shampoo holder in shower No light outside room which was upstairs in some outhouse area so was really hard to see keyhole and had to fiddle about with phone torch Extremely hard to lock door from outside No kettle in room Other guests don’t really talk - they just have headphones in Cigarettes left outside room on table Garden needs a tidy up - cobwebs and weeds

really nice place in picton,the price was really low and they have a hot pool in the garden.The rooms are quite nice and easy and the beds confortable,nice kitchen and indoor common areas,outdoor common areas are beautiful.

Pretty old, no plugs at bed, no staff in the evening, bit dirty

I liked the location, the fact, that there is breakfast included and I liked that there were two kitchen and rooms to chill! The Outsidearea is amazing! I loved the orangetree!

The bathroom is located in the same room as the washing mashine. A very small area, usually very crowded. Tiny showers and sinks.

It was a backpackers and I wasn’t aware or I wouldn’t have booked it. It seemed a decent enough place for backpackers though.

Only a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal. Very nicely decorated and had a nice feel about it, especially the outdoor area at the back.
