Location great, lovely fit out, rooms and bathroom very nice. Host was accommodating with check in time and additional keys. Loved the accommodation!

Lots of stairs as it was the 3rd story but to be honest this was still a positive given the amount of food eaten 😂 it was forced exercise.

Nice little apartment within minutes from the Palace and the Promenade. It can be noisy at night so if you want a quiet space, this may not be the spot for you. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host Tatiana was excellent. She is very quick to respond. Her son greeted me at the Riva and walked me to the apartment. There are a few stairs to climb so maybe not the best place for those who struggle with stairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

location was good for stay in Old Town Split. Be aware that the apartment was on the 3rd floor with 4 flights of stairs. AC was very good

needed more amenities in the room. No coffee maker but did have an electric kettle for tea supplied ….. no creamers. Wine glasses but no wine opener.

Location: in the heart of everything - right on the promade in front of ferry port and short walk to bus station.

Stairs: apartment was located on the 3 floors so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs. No lift. Can be highly inconvenient if you have more than 1 luggage and also to go up everything you’re out and about. Otherwise this place was EXCELLENT.

Location is as very central. Overlooking the harbor.

Its a scam: the pictures are not from the appartment: no balcony, no living room, no window to the sea, no kitchen; the price she charged is not 288 as the ad says but 300€. Besides is a third floor without elevator and since 5 a.m. there is a bell from the cathedral making a noise as crazy, so its impossible to sleep. Good manners by Tatiana but its a scam.

The location couldn’t be any better! You are just a few steps from the ferry and the view to the Riva Promenade is great. The flat is also very spacious. Check-in very smooth and both Ivana and Tatiana were very friendly and supportive.

The bathroom could be renovated as it looks a bit old, but everything was clean and working just fine.

Best Location in Split with incredible view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment could not be more central, amazing location, and a clean and modern room with aircon! Tatiana was really helpful with all questions, met us during check-in, and her son helped carry our suitcases up the stairs. When we go back to Split, we know where we'll be staying!

The amount of stairs to get to the apartment, hot water amount for only one person.

The location was outstanding! Very clean and comfy beds with clean white linen. Kitchen adequately stocked with items and the apartment was spacious. Great view over the Riva and a tucked away entrance that avoided a constant stream of tourists walking past.

The apartment was a little tired, the tv didn't work and the hot water and wifi were not turned on so we had to solve that. I would have been disppointed had we paid full price.

Location was excellent! Room was good, staff was super nice.

Great location in the palace, with a view of the harbour. Puts you right in the midst of the buzz of the city. Apartment is clean and modern.

The service was quite bad. The agent made us wait outside in the sun for 30 minutes to show us to the apartment. It’s very difficult to find since it’s in the midst of narrow lanes in the palace. They should provide a detailed map on how to get to the unit. Once we were in the unit, he told us nothing about where to go or see or park. We had figure it all out on our own. The hot water boiler was not turned on. The WiFi was down for a day.
