1. Lunch and dinner should be an option when making the booking. I had to pay separately for the lunch and dinner on 7th October. Dinner dessert choices ...not good at all. 2. It is very disappointing that a huge facility like Southern Sun ...we still need to pay for parkung. Very sad. 3. We were supposed to check out at 14h00 but the housing keeping staff kept harassing us 2 hours before check out. Communication needs to improve between housekeeping and reception regarding this.

The hotel was in the main city location. The food was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms and facilities did not match the grand image and reputation of the southern sun. The toilet was broken and it made my visit very disappointing. However upon complaint the hotel staff immediately took action and sent somebody to fix it but since we had to go out we were not able to let them visit the room in our absence and fix it. My expectation from the hotel was high. The housekeeping staff should have reported it during their routine cleaning. In addition to that, my whole family, including me, couldn't protect ourselves from sneezing constantly during our stay. It can't be a coincidence. The rooms need some serious vacuum cleaning, and the carpet demands some washing and dusting. Lastly, the parking, which also seems to be a common parking for everyone, where you have to pay even if you are a resident along with non-resident. I trust the brand SS, have been in their properties in other countries too, but definitely will avoid this particular one in future. I am sure these small things can be improved, and brand image can be maintained. Thanks for having us.

Food. was great

The room is too old, no real shower in the room, bath is very old, the furnishers are old, couch is very very dirty, aircon is old model, I didn't even know how to operate

The place is situated near essential services and the staff is way accommodating and helpful. The hotel is very clean.

Improve on the infrastructure to make it more advanced. The swimming pool also needs proper care and maintenance.

There was a bird that kept making noises in the morning. Quiet irritating
