Notre unité au premier étage (pas d'étapes du tout) a trois chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain complètes, une buanderie pleine grandeur, une cuisine entièrement équipée, 8 couchages.
Notre condo est une unité au premier étage (pas de marches du tout) et très bien entretenu. Téléviseurs dans toutes les chambres et le salon avec un DVD, des draps et des serviettes propres sont fournis. Piscine et bain à remous avec 100 pieds d'unité. 1350 pieds carrés d'espace pour s'étaler ou se détendre sur le porche grillagé. À seulement 1 mile de la route 501 et à seulement 8 minutes de la plage. Salles de bains très propres avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur pour votre commodité. Situé sur un terrain de golf pour regarder le match. Pratique pour toutes les attractions et les magasins de la ville. Environ 100 terrains de golf avec 30 minutes de route. Plus de 1 000 restaurants pour satisfaire tous les appétits, et à proximité du New Board Walk de 1,5 km, la plus récente attraction de Myrtle Beach entre la 2nd Ave. et 14th Ave. Wi-Fi gratuit dans l'unité. My family has stayed at this property multiple times over the years. It's located on the ground level, so there are zero steps which is perfect for my parents in their 70's. The younger family members love that it's conveniently located directly across from the pool. The property is always clean and the owner is super responsive. Looking forward to booking again next summer.

The place was clean and roomy and perfect for our family. The location was great. We were close enough to everything that we needed to be. The only problem we had was that the twin beds had uncomfortable mattresses. Which would probably not matter if you have small children in the beds. But we had teenagers and an adult.
Other than the twin beds not being comfortable we had zero complaints! We would definitely stay there again!

There was a little mix up in the beginning but once it was figured out everything was good. The place looks exactly like the pictures. It is close to all major attractions, stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly as well. My only issue would be communication, I reached out the first 2 days and could not reach anyone nor did anyone ever get back to me. I would definitely stay here again and refer others as well.

Property was clean and well maintained, only issue was getting in as communication was a bit lacking but resolved fairly quickly. Close to everything, definite plus. Would stay again in the future.

Overall nice and pleasant stay. Owner quick to reply. Easy check in. Just a suggestion that maybe stock refrigerator with at least water. . Thought the place was spotless until we stripped the linens on last day and there were huge stains on two of the beds.

This was my first trip to Myrtle Beach... For the price.. And location it was absolutely amazing... Close enough to the beach but far enough for the privacy. The place had enough space for 6 people to have their own room and still have a family room. The environment and pool was amazing. Everyone was friendly. Loved this condo!!!!

Relaxing, comfortable stay
This property was exactly what we were looking for in a convenient location to play both King's North and Grande Dunes. The check in/out process and thick curtains in the bedroom were greatly appreciated. We loved being near the green and the home was thoughtfully stocked. Thank you!

First Family Vacation
This was my first visit to Myrtle Beach with my daughter and grand kids. When we first walked in the Condo it was beautiful, clean and everything we needed was available for us. All the rooms were nicely decorated and the 1350 square foot was big enough to accommodate the whole family. Only down fall was the master bed room sheets were not clean, there was food in the bed and the sheets smelled like amoxicillin or some type of medicine. We had to wash the sheets and the mattress pad. The mattress was lopsided, I had replace the batteries for 2 of the TV remotes. And the was no vacuum to vacuum the carpet. But besides those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and defiant will come back again!!!!
