The hotel staff were nice and the room was clean, tidy and modern. Breakfast was included and was delicious.

The hotel was built a year before the Winter Olympic Games in Sarajevo which took place in 1984. The building has this communist style and the main locations (the lobby, restaurants etc) have not been renovated since 1980s. You need to pay extra if you want to use the sauna and you need to tell the staff in advance, so they heat up the sauna (as not many guests are using it). The hotel is located about 30 minutes walk from the old town, otherwise there are good shops and a mall next to the hotel. The customer service is non-existent and people from Bosnia don’t know how to make money (I.e. we tried to book massage prior to our visit and were told to do so when we arrive at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were told that there will be spaces for us, however all was booked.)

Lokacija hotela je odlična i osoblje je susretljivo.

Potrebno je uraditi potpunu adaptaciju hotela, pogotovo predvorja i popratnih sadržaja hotela - fitness, bazen itd. Primjetno je da se radilo na poboljšanjima u sobama - modernizacija namještaja i kupatila. Mnogo buke sa ulice zbog loše izolacije. Klima je jako bučna kad je upaljena, te smo je morali ugasiti kako bi mogli zaspati. Slabi okviri prozora, kroz koje puše vjetar negativno utječu na toplotu sobe. Internet jako slab i povremeno nedostupan. Kupatilo je bilo čisto, ali je ostatak sobe bilo potrebno detaljnije prebrisati i usisati.

В самом номере мало света, а тот что есть обладает холодными тонами, уменьшая уют. После уборки забыли положить шампунь и туалетную бумагу.

Lady that worked Wednesday night in the restaurant was very nice. She opened National restaurant for us to have a dinner because 1st floor restaurant was smelled vary bad on smoke from the guests that were smoking cigarettes. I don’t remember her name but kudos to her. Breakfast staff was very nice as well . Big thanks to them only.

Front desk staff wasn’t welcoming at the time of check in. I asked if she can recommend sites to see while we are visiting the city, she wasn’t very helpful. Also, I asked her if I can find information on line she stated that no one updates anything on line at that point I turn my phone and asked her about Museum because I had information that my daughter texted me 20 minutes prior arriving and asked me to visit. Friday morning our bathrooms door got locked after my husband used around 5:30 am once I realized that I can’t open it. I called front desk and they told me that I have to wait until 7 am when maintenance guy comes in. 10-15 min later I had to call them back because I needed to use the restroom and keep my day moving. Finally they offered my room next to my to use bathroom. We’re very disappointed with the service.

Everything was perfect. Room was specious and clean. Hotel is wonderful building, in wide center of the city. In the same building, you can find great market and cafe, also the cinema. In front of the hotel is SCC big shoping mall. If you are tired, and don't want to go to the city center, you have everything there.

The mattress in our room was not in a condition we have expected.
