Das Personal und das Essen
Ich fand es recht schade, dass der Baderaum aufgrund der Reinigung geschlossen war. Ich wäre froh gewesen wenn man das informiert hätte, aber sonst war alles sehr gut!

موقع الفندق ملاصق للمول وغرف الفندق مساحتها جيدة
الفندق هادئ ونظيف والموظفين رائعين جدا.
عندهم النظافة وتعقيم من كوفيد 19 ممتازة .
الإفطار جيد
أسعار الغرف غالية ومرتفعة جدا بمقارنة مع الفنادق الأخرى .
المواقف غير مجانية وغالية ويلزم دفع 10 يورو في اليوم .
الانترنت ضعيف جدا ويتقطع بشكل مستمر .

Location is Excellent ... Staff are Great ... Breakfast and coffee is also Good
The Beds are not comfortable at all ... And the pillows are tough and with odd size and Shape ... It kicked out my allergy the next morning of what is used inside the case.

Professional and friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, bathroom, comfortable beds, pool, sauna, excellent breakfast... I choose this hotel every time when being in Sarajevo for business and was never disappointed.

The service was really bad and the staff is not guest friendly. On our second morning a small breakfast was served 1 hour to late and no one of the staff give an explanation; the restaurant was closed during our stay and the room was not cleaned on day 2. The airco was making a lot of noice and the maintenance service told us that we get used to it.
My third stay in the last 12 months will my last in Swissotel. The hotel looks very nice, but the services are not those you expect from a 5* hotel.

Fedt værelse med god udsigt. Fin lokation. Sej elevator. God morgenmad, og dejligt med mulighed for at få lavet omelet - sød og karismatisk omeletdame.
Vi bookede hovedsageligt hotellet for at komme i spa. Her var det flere ting, der ikke levede op til vores forventninger - jacuzzi var slet ikke tændt, som vi senere fandt ud af ville koste ekstra. Det har vi aldrig oplevet før. Derudover var bl.a. hammam under renovering. Massage var heller ikke muligt, fordi alle var på ferie åbenbart…

No variety for breakfast , always shortage of foods.
Front desk not picking up the phone.
If you need something, you have to ask them several time.

Beautiful suite and amenities. Very kind staff! Nice views from our suite.
Breakfast was like a war. Tables, floors etc were dirty, availability of food was limited, coffee was (hardly) available. It seemed like this was partly caused by the culture of a large part of your guest population, but there also wasn’t enough staff/effort to resolve things.

Big rooms
They don’t answer the phone at all and if they answer they don’t get what you need or it will be delivered so late.
You should call all extensions so someone can answer
Also the hotel is crowded and the valet take so much time to get our car.
They know it is a busy season and they have few staff!
I also wanted to do an early checkout but we can’t because the manager was not there!
