This stay was exactly how it was advertised. It was perfect. The beds were slightly uncomfortable but other than that, it was awesome. Short walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and the check in & out process was easy!

View from the deck was nice. The property itself was quite dated. The tub and shower need work and the shower curtain had mold. The bedding was stained except the sheets- they were clean. Could be a nice unit with some updates. Sorry to say I would not likely rent this condo again. It is a shot gun layout as well and I am not a fan

Our family had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. This unit was clean, functional, nicely decorated and very conveniently located. We were just a short walk to many great restaurants, ice cream shops, and lots of fun things for our daughters to do. Paul was an excellent host and we definitely plan to come back.

We love Hilton Head Island and we’re so lucky to find this condo! Perfect location and the condo was clean and ready for us at check in! We can’t wait to return!

We stayed for 2 month's at The Breakers137. Great view from the balcony and site's and sounds of the Beach. The Condo is nicely furnished and stocked with utensils so you can prepare your meals. You are a short walk to the beach directly from the complex. Coligny Plaza is a short walk the other direction where there are restaurants, stores, barber shops, Piggly Wiggly Grocer and coffee shops. Our vehicle stayed parked except when site seeing or attending church. We walked almost everywhere. Paul was a great host very quick to answer our questions! I would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks again!

The condo is in a great location. Right on the beach, and walking distance to Coligny Square. The one bedroom unit is small, but adequate. We enjoyed our stay.

Condo was just as described. Had everything you needed. Close to stairs, parking and the pool. Ocean front view from deck was beautiful. Restaurants and shopping were just steps away. Paul provided everything we needed.

Everything was a quick walk away and steps from the pool and beach access as well. King bed was a plus and all the accommodations needed for a small family of 4 too. Literally do not need to drive for anything unless you want to. Very satisfied.

We had a great week in Hilton Head. The ocean front balcony had a cool breeze blowing in all week. The condo is nicely updated and comfortable. It is convenient to so many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Not to mention a short walk to the beach! Paul was very accommodating. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Hilton Head!

I have been vacationing in Hilton Head since I was a kid and always stay at a location surrounding Coligny Plaza. This was my first time at The Breakers, and I could not be happier. The unit was right on the beach and minutes from night life, restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. The bed was comfortable, there was a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and a view of the ocean. The owner was so helpful and easy to work with. What more could you want? I'll be back!

My husband and 2 year old had a great visit to HHI! This unit is updated and clean and in a great location. The appliances are all really new which is really appreciated. We cooked in a couple nights and the kitchen was spacious and had all the necessities. The view is wonderful! There are also beach chairs, boogey board, and small umbrella to use. The walk to the beach is really convenient, especially for little ones. The only note I would put for people with small children is that the front door does not lock from my he inside so just be aware if you have a little one who tries to open doors. Overall a really great place!

We had a great time. We weren’t able to get checked in on time due to cleaning delay but once we got there it was great. Great location where you can walk to shop and eat right across the street. The owner was very nice and easy to reach. We had a buck and several rabbits hang out right in front of our condo several days. So cool! Would recommend.

Was the best experience to come to hilton

This is an absolutely beautiful place in a beautiful location. Once I parked my car I didn't have to move it for a week. It's beautiful to walk or run on North and South Forest Beach road. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance to Coligny shopping center. This condo has a beautiful beachfront view and about a 2-minute walk to the beach. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. This is a great value and I'm confident I'll be back.

Location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. Unit was well furnished and in excellent condition. Will definitely stay there again when we are in Hilton Head.

Good location and close to shops and restaurants. Beach is close and the pools are nice. Only issue was landscaping for multiple days all day around the pool. Overall great stay!

Been coming to HHi for 15 years. Stayed at the Breakers every year. Been in some very nice units but this one knocked it out of the park. Will definitely be renting this one again!! Thanks Paul for making this an awesome unit.

The condo was very nice and comfortable, having coffee on balcony every morning and evening could not have been better, we will definitely come back. The Fish restaurant was amazing!!

Paul was very easy to deal with from start to finish! The balcony looks right out to the beach & is very accessible from the property! We will choose this condo again on our next stay!

This is such a great condo with a perfect ocean view! We were concerned about an obstructed view being on the first floor but the view was great! Beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen, extremely comfortable king bed, high end appliances, and a comfy couch. I think the most impressive aspect of this place is the owner. His communication is lightening fast and he is extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great location on the beach and right next to Coligne Mall. Condo was very nice, only concern was the dead bolt on the front door was not operational and would have liked to have been able to lock it at night.

Overall good experience. We would definitely consider staying again in the future.

Loved the condo, it was clean, comfortable, and the king bed was an added bonus. Never moved our car the entire visit because everything was conveniently located. When I needed to contact Paul he responded immediately. We had a great trip!

Great view of the ocean right from the balcony of the cozy, nice, clean apartment! Great location - Coligny Beach and 24/7 Hilton Head entertainment. I would like to start this review by saying that Paul is the most accommodating host you’ll ever find on VRBO or any other rental site. Our family has been to the Breakers for years and have rented many of the available units in the Breakers complex. Pauls condo #137 is by far… let me repeat this… by far the best equipped and finished condo at the Breakers. The unit is equipped with a king sized bed which is unheard of and with the wall removed to the hallway makes a small living space feel so much bigger. The condo is also equipped with high end appliances and televisions in both the common area and the bedroom. Another positive is being on the first level. It’s high enough to have spectacular views of the beach (Ocean Front View) without having to hike up 3 flight of stairs, (lets face it – you did your cardio to fit into that swim suit – who needs it on vacation.) Also, many who rent on Hilton Head probably don't know this but the Breakers is one of the closest developments to the beach on the entire island. You walk down a half flight of stairs and just in front of you is the beach access. Location, Location, Location! If your plan is to fly onto the island leave your rental car parked – wait, what rental car? There is no need to have a car with all the amenities you can think of right across the street and yes their is a grocery store.
