Everything about this home was great. We were pleasantly surprised by how easy of a walk to town it was, and scenic! Gerard was super easy to coordinate with and was very responsive. The online welcome packet was extremely helpful if we had any questions about using anything in the home. Will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our weekend stay - great location, clean and well set up. Communication and check in process couldn't have been easier. Nice to have a "private" separate guest house - a real bonus. Easy walk to town with all its shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

This home is gorgeous and perfectly located. The entire time we stayed here we thought about how lucky we were to have found such a perfect spot for our family. Gerard was a great host, who checked in during our stay and provided great accommodations.

I am so glad my family & I took this trip to Mystic! Such a great place to visit, so much to see! Such an adorable coastal town with great restaurants, tons of shopping & things to do.We visited the aquarium so happy we did, love the Beluga whales! The house is in the perfect location, walking distance to downtown mystic, close to restaurants. We loved the Engine Room, highly recommended! The house had everything & more that we needed. My 18 year old son even had his own space in the guesthouse which he loved. Check in & check out were incredibly easy thanks to Gerard! I would absolutely stay here again & look forward to coming back soon!!

House is very nice, clean, and in great location . Everyone had a nice bed to sleep in, plenty of room to relax and unwind in living room.

Girls weekend was perfect and our stay at this property was a huge part of that. The house and cottage are adorable and the location was amazing with water views and easy walk to shops and restaurants. The hosts think of everything you may need. We would definitely stay there again!

Just a beautiful home. In a perfect neighborhood. It is thebholidays and Mystic was jumping with carolers and christmas lights. Was perfect. Our host Gerard was amazing, very helpful and prompt with replys. If we needed anythign he was there for us, very professional and friendly. Absolutely loved the house. I actually miss the house and being able to walk the dogs outside and dlwn by that lake. And over the bridge. Just beautiful. Thank you again!

Great house in a fantastic location. This house was perfect for our family weekend. It had everything we needed and was exactly as pictures showed. Gerard was available if we needed anything and made sure all was going well. We enjoyed being able to walk along the river into Mystic town. We would definitely go back.

charming house. exceedingly well stocked with needed items. easy walk to Main Street and to one of the museums. owner very attentive and helpful. note: bathroom on floor 2 (this is common for many houses here) but guesthouse next to back patio an easy alternative (has full bath). may seem a bit small but we hosted a light luncheon for 25 family and friends and there was ample space. planning one making it an annual event now.

Best VRBO experience ever! Property was exceptional and as advertised. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed or wanted for our 2 night girl’s getaway. Gerard is a wonderful host. Communication was great from the time of booking right through check out. By the way check in and check out process was super easy. And with 3 bedrooms in the house and 1 in the cottage, all 4 of us had our own rooms. Location was quiet and within a short walk to a couple of good restaurants. Everything was wonderful. The location was perfect. A family of eight had plenty of room and plenty of amenities and I believe we use them all. Check in was painless. Gerard, the property manager owner was great. He kept in contact via phone or message pretty much daily, which was appreciated. I would recommend this location to anyone at any time. Great place .

This property was spotless, beautifully furnished and steps from the water. They thought of everything. We were so relaxed the whole vacation. Short walk to Everything! Quiet neighborhood but not stuffy. The separate cottage gave us just enough space away from the kids. Great rental for multigenerational getaway. The bikes and kayaks were a nice perk as well as the propane grill, fully applianced kitchen and plenty of seating (inside and on lovely private patio!). Thank you!

When we arrived, the fire alarms were all blaring. The property manager had a maintenance person check them out within half an hour. The little cottage behind the house wasn't secure because a previous occupant broke a key in the lock, but that's not the property's fault. The beds are a little hard, but that's my personal preference. The cottage bathroom could use a curtain over the shower window, as one can see directly into it from the neighbor's porch. Overall, cute house and a great location. There were kayaks and bikes provided. The manager was in daily contact to see if there was anything we needed. The rooms are cozy. Though none of our party ended up staying there, the attic room was especially cute and would be great for energetic kids who don't mind climbing the stairs. The cottage would be good for a teenager who wants a little more privacy.

We stayed here while our kids were at the Mystic Seaport sailing camp. The house is right in between the Seaport and Downtown Mystic, short walk to both. We enjoyed canoeing around the harbor, and watching all the activities at the Seaport. Great restaurants downtown. The house is great, decorated very well and very comfortable. Kitchen stocked well and other than a some food shopping didn't need to venture out to get too much. Gerard communicates well and was very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Newly remodeled home in quite neighborhood within short walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants in beautiful Mystic. The maritime theme through out the home was very beautiful and detailed, down to the whales tale cabinet door pulls, maps and the nautical lamps downstairs. The property felt cozy and we were relaxed from our arrival. We had a family BBQ in the back courtyard the first night. The beds had beautiful linens and fluffy pillows. The kitchen had everything, I mean everything, you could possibly need! We had a great time! Gerard reached out to make sure everything was ok and he even allowed us early access. Would highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. We were 6 women and all of us were impressed with the house. The layout was perfect for our reunion. We loved the decor. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra towels and linens. We are already planning to come back next year.

Great location! Walkable to downtown. Great river views! Gerard was easy to get in touch with and even came by to put out patio furniture when weather got warm. Backyard is very small for pet.

Two small families with young kids - this was a great spot to call home for the weekend. Everyone had space and we were also able to enjoy quality time together in the common spaces.

We all enjoyed are stay at this beautifully decorated home. Many amenities are included and did no want for anything. The cottage was helpful because my sister inlaw could not do the stairs. Our group of 3 couples ranging in ages of 57 through 70 would definitely come back. Ann

Perfect location to downtown and Mystic Seaport. The cozy home is so well kept and well stocked. Our contact person was always available and accommodating. Can’t wait to get back and enjoy making more wonderful memories.

A+ location. House was super clean and nicely stocked with basic supplies. The host was super great at communicating too. Just note that one of the two bathrooms is in a separate building from the main house, as well as two of the beds. It was fine for our group but definitely good to know if traveling with your kids. Definitely recommend!

My family felt very at home here during our stay! Location is amazing and Gerard made us feel so comfortable by taking time to call us personally about a request I had...even though he was on vacation with his family. The house was lovely and adorned with refurbished antique furniture. I look forward to visiting Mystic again soon!
