I cannot say enough about how pleasant and helpful the staff was.
The pool is always important to me. The spa was a little on the small side, but everything was clean, towels were available and there are bathrooms and and a shower by the pool.
Breakfast was good. It was the typical assortment of an egg dish, a bacon/sausage dish, bagels, toaster, cereals, yoghurt, etc. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate avaialbe 24/7.
My only complaint was that the mattress for the pull out bed was rather thin. It was more comfortable to sleep on the sofa vs. pulling it out.
We would happily stay here again.

Overall it was a good experience. Our room was right next to the elevator on the 3rd floor and it was SO loud. Thankfully we brought a fan with us to block out the sound but otherwise everything else was good. My kids loved the pancake machine.

The room was very clean and modern and the bed was extremely comfortable. pool was heated, exactly like they said it would. The free breakfast had a great selection of items. I would definitely stay there again.

Hey, it's Mystic! Nothing to complain about and definitely will stay again. We travel to Mystic maybe six times a year and normally alternate where we stay. Nice to be able to leave our car parked and walk where wanted to.

Oven was broken so breakfast was limited to microwave breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, cereal, toast. Took a while to find the front desk person at 8:00 pm to check in. The stopper in the bath tub was hanging out.

No problem with the property; I paid for two rooms, Expedia lost my confirmation and I only got one room reserved. Had to pivot with the property manager to get a second room 9 miles away.

The property was nice and quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However the drain in the sink was leaking, when brought to the attention of the staff it was addressed the same day. The breakfast was fine however the other guest made the experience a little chaotic. Overall not a bad place with a great location.

Staff was wonderful , room was as dirty. We walked in and floor was sticky and dirty. Room darkening shade did not come all the way down and what did was torn and worn out you could see thru it.. the sun shade behind had a big black fat dead bug in the crease . The shower was a walk in and the who grout strip to walk in was covered in mold.. for over $ 500 I would have expected a much cleaner room.. the staff was very nice. When I brought this to who was at the fest he was very apologetic it said he didn’t have the authority to discount or do anything especially because I paid in full a head of time..

Only thing i was 2 floor and 3 floor there was children jumping at 8pm to 1pm and the mother was screaming at children i could not sleep well and at 6am kids stared again jumping

Location is perfect for Mystic Aquarium, Mystic Village and Mystic Seaport. Close enough to walk to the Aquarium and Village. 5 minute drive to Seaport.
Loved the facility with one dislike. The hallways are too dark. The use of these low light LED scounces just doesn't light the hallways enough. For safety purposes, this could be improved.

Check out the guy on our last day had an poor attitude - when I went to confirm the late check out I asked for the night before that was already granted he told me the guy should never had done one at all and cut it back half an hour
When I asked home when the laundry was he neglected to tell me I would have to go back to home for the detergent
Pool room had no air running in there at all it was oppressive (compressor is broken)
There was to much colorín in the pool and hot tub
Telephone cord broken
Fan in bathroom extremely loud
When I ask the service people just for towels and nothing else I didn’t get them
For the price I paid this hotel is not worth it. I was very unhappy with the condition and disappointed in the service

This is an ideally located facility with welcoming and attentive staff. The design of the handicap room that we had was minimalist and the room displayed some wear and tear. Nonetheless everything was functional and we got an excellent nights sleep in our quiet, fully darkened room. The breakfast was also minimal but adequate.

Very nice hotel. I felt it was a good deal for the location- right across from the aquarium and Mystic Village. Staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast could have been staffed a little better and have some fresh fruit, but was overall nice. We were on the first floor and even with the shades drawn, light from the street shined in, which made it hard for me to sleep, but I am a very light sleeper- most wouldn't have minded.

Me, my mom and my daughter really enjoyed our stay. It had a beautiful view and was within walking distance to Olde Mistick Village and the Aquarium. The breakfast was delicious and kid friendly and we enjoyed the hot tub

The manager/front desk person was wonderful. But he was on his own so needed to run around looking for extra pillows and sheets for our pull out couch while also checking people in. He did his best and we are thankful for him. TV didn’t work. None of the 86 outlets in the room worked. Our room smelled like vomit that was doused in febreeze. Breakfast was actually good so a bit of a saving grace. Likely won’t stay again.
