Vista eccezionale, staff eccezionale e disponibile (ci hanno aiutato con le escursioni di sandwich harbour e se ne possono prenotare molte altre), molto centrale. Minibar molto assortito e prezzi contenuti per le bevande. Ci hanno consigliato diversi ristoranti tutti molto buoni
Non c’era shampoo e body shower.

Espai excepcional. L'habitació era magnífica, molt gran, i amb vistes al desert des del llit, des de la terrassa i des de la saleta.
El personal molt amable.
L'esmorzar molt complet i les vistes des del restaurant també són esplèndides.
Llit molt còmode i tot molt net.
Malgrat l'esforç econòmic que ens ha suposat (és l'allotjament més car que hem estat a Namíbia), creiem que val la pena i repetiríem segur.
Si hem de dir alguna cosa, la nostra habitació estava a segona fila i teníem una altra caseta davant, pel que les vistes al desert eren parcials. Si voleu estar a primera línia, tingueu present que haureu de pagar una mica més.

We loved everything! The staff were super friendly. The accommodation was superb. The setting, the view, the spaciousness of the chalet and the ambience of the place was absolutely amazing. Could've stayed for a week and will DEFINITELY go back in the near future!!

Great receptionist, helping us to trace a lost suitcase from Windhoek airport. Beautiful view into the sea of sand dunes from the room on a cliff of boulders. Nice desert garden. Spacious room. Even a woodstove was available, but we did not dare to use it... where would the wood have to come from?
Next to nothing. The occasional small plane delivered some noise. The very distant refuse dump appeared to be burning and with the wrong winds, we briefly had to close the windows.

I love this hotel. I can’t fault it. Everything is about comfort and the view. Great bed, great shower, amazing log burner, wonderful staff. I can go on. We stayed here 6 years ago as a new couple and this time we got engaged on the sand dunes. It will always be special for us.

Definitely TV in breakfast area and rooms, double vanity in bathrooms, amenities lacking in bathroom, toweling bath mats needed.

I enjoyed the pastries and french toast. The ladies that made breakfast were lovely and friendly. The setting is spectaacular.

location with breathtaking views of the desert from your bed, yet close to town. Always neat as a pin with great breakfast and friendliest staff and excellent service NOTHING not to love about this place! We will be back yet again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Would appreciate if they can replace the little folding hairdryers as they do not lock when you unfold them!! 🤪
