Location was great....the front desk staff was very helpful in checking us in and seeing to our nèeds. With checking in Nun was very helpful with getting luggage to our rooms and answers to our questions. Breakfast was great with a variety of foods. Chad was very helpful in getting my boiled eggs just right for breakfast 😊 and help with what we needed. Our room was spacious and was cleaned everday and the cleaning staff very respectful.The facilities at the hotel was great ,the pool area clean. The hotel is close to beaches, restaurants and shops and not to close to the busy part of Patong but still in walking distance of Banglar road. Easy to get transport to get around Phuket. I have already recommended this hotel to family and friends

The only thing I missed on the breakfast menue was bacon.

Номера требуют немедленного ремонта. В нашем номере был очень сильный неприятный запах и большая влажность. В ванной комнате на потолке была черная плесень, это категорически неприемлемо в отеле такой известной сети и просто опасно для здоровья. Ванная комната и коридор также требуют ремонта. Холодильник почти не охлаждает. Телевизор очень старой модели, с размытым и нечетким изображением. Вечером в ванной увидели лягушку, пришлось звать персонал. Завтраки в отеле очень скудные и невкусные, совершенно не соответствуют отелю такого уровня, мест в ресторане на завтраке всемгостям не хватает. Стоимость номера очень завышена, качество номеров и услуг не соответствует такой цене. Для длительного проживания этот отель не подходит.

تم تغير الغرف بحجة انها غير جاهزه علمآ ان الوصول كان متاخر وكنت مرهق انا وعائلتي مما ادى الى قبول الغرف في الدور الارضي

I unfortunately slipped on my room floor and got 2 broken ribs and a head concussion. The superbly profess ional Manageress Se organised an ambulance and even visited myself in hospital. Se, Cinta, Dian, K and every staff member here have been excellent and so caring to myself. I will always love the staff here for looking after me. I rwcommend Holiday Inn Express as a 10 out of 10 hotel for its brilliant, professional and caring staff. Please stay here, You will not be disappointed. Nicest , friendliest people you will ever meet. Love them all. Thank you Holiday Inn Express 😊❤🙏

Awesome property, great location, super comfortable, nice staff.

Breakfast was basic. But no problem.

I like everything about the hotel.... Modern Rooms Comfy Bed and Pillows Wifi connection is good A/C is working well Breakfast is ok nothing special Staff are warm and pleasant 7/11 and pharmacy just next to the hotel I appreciate the gesture when i arrived. They had a small birthday greeting in my room since it was my birthday the day i checked in.

A bit far from bangla street (main party street) .... 10-15mins walk....

Расположение отличное, близость к магазинам, Кафе и морю, рядом family market и 7/11. Номера просторные, убирают каждый день! Завтраки на высшем уровне, до вечера можно не питаться.

Один минус у отеля, если вечером после 11 сидишь на своём же балконе и общаешься, прошу заметить (не танцуешь, не орешь и не слушаешь музыку), то могут охранники сделать замечания и сказать, что ты должен идти спать, а если не уйдёшь, то они говорят что вызовут полицию. Очень не приятная ситуация, при том что первые три дня прибывания не было к нам вопросов, но когда заехал автобус с Китайцами, сразу потребовали мышками быть.

Thin walls and noise neighbors . Breakfast in the limit to be bad , due lack of refill on time always something was finished.

Das Hotel ist gut am Ende von Patong Beach gelegen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Besonders positiv fand ich das Hoteleigene Restaurant. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Bis auf den Ausrutscher mit der übel stinkenden Bettwäsche sind die Zimmer allesamt sauber. Die Einrichtung ist im aktuellen Standard, nicht ultrahochwertig allerdings für ein Strandhotel sehr gut.

In der ersten Nacht hatten wir leider ein Zimmer, in welchem die Bettdecke und der Polster wirklich sehr unangenehm rochen und die Klimaanlage defekt war (kühlte auf 18 Grad runter). Allerdings hatte man das sofort behoben, indem wir ein neues Zimmer bekamen. Der Hotelpool ist leider sehr klein und die Liegen sind permanent durch andere Gäste besetzt oder mit Handtüchern und Zeugs "reserviert" gewesen. Hier würde ich mir eine andere Pool-Policy wünschen, indem solche Liegen dann vom Personal abgeräumt werden (wie in vielen anderen Hotels mittlerweile gängig).

Mooi design hotel dicht bij het strand van Patong. Kamers en bedden zijn comfortabel. Rustig gelegen. Alles in ditecte omgeving Het zwembad is heel mooi ingepland. .

Voor het ontbijt is er te weinig plaats bij volledige bezetting van het hotel. Het is zoeken naar een plaats om rustig te ontbijten. Het lijkt meer op een refter.

Just an amazing stay at this Holiday Inn Express Patong Central - everything was fine the room was stylish, the bathroom was sufficiently large and clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the hotel was located well in the center of Patong area, very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, food stalls, market places, etc. though the central location with Patong, it was relatively calm within the hotel which was really awesome, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful

solely a comment on a lack of space at the breakfast buffet, as well as too less tables and seats during breakfast rush hour

As a solo traveler I was lil worried, but this property is really on a great location, access to all your daily needs and walkable distance to patong bangla street and so many restaurants around. At the hotel they have amazing cafe they serve vegan bowls and smoothies. Self Laundry machines available 24hours for 200 bhat for washer and dryer. Everything is in walkable distance. Staff is friendly and amazing breakfast available.

Очень удобное расположение, до пляжа 1 минута, рядом рестораны, рыночки. Дружелюбный персонал, поздравили с Новым годом. Номера большие, кровати и подушки удобные, отличная уборка. Завтраки без изысков, но вкусные и хороший выбор

Очень плохая шумоизоляция окон, рядом дорога, пришлось спать в берушах. Хорошие размеры бассейна, но лежаков очень мало
