If you have an event at Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC), this is the hotel for you. You can get to the SECC by walk in around 5 minutes. I know there are other hotel properties nearby, but Capri by Fraser is only 1 of 2 international hotel chains in the area, and this is the better hotel chain. Also, they have a well maintained gym (enough space and enough equipment). The restaurant for the breakfast serves decent enough meals, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The property felt a bit dated/old.

They taken huge amount as deposits, during check out i came to known that will credit after two week. It's totally unfair. Hotel not given any invoce for that deposits.

The location was good. Dao made the check-in less tedious and very swift.

Was not happy with the breakfast, not many choices and the coffee was cold. The best part of the breakfast was one of the attendants "Red", he was very helpful in getting us juice and and some bread so we could have it in our room. I would say provide more coffee options, i.e. Latte, Capuccino, etc. Bacon needed to be crispier, not cooked enough

Nice Clean Rooms. Near to SECC. Good Breakfast options. Staff is very polite and helpful.

No drinking lounge in the evening time.

My first room they gave me was very poor . So i ask for another room. It old and dated the building need to be modernised inside. Wi-Fi everyday lost the signal that was very bad
