Very clean, good position, excellent staff, good breakfest.

Maybe a bit simply furnitured, but it was enough for us - 1 night stay.

The location was perfect to start your walk around Modica and the view from the room, as well as from the balcony was amazing! The straff was also very friendly :)

Accommodation is right in the heart of Modica, walking distance from all the attractions, such as the duomo, the chocolate factory, restaurants and coffee shops and also very close to the bus terminus. I felt totally safe both while inside and also when walking there late in the evening. The host is exceptionally warm and helpful, she prepared a very nice breakfast, in a beautiful dining room with garden and town views. The view of the old town from the room was amazing both at night with all the artificial lights and also in the morning with the sun's reflection on the old buildings. Cleanliness was top. Highly recommended

I loved the concept of the hotel itself- it is a bigger house with some small ones used as hotel rooms. It feels like home when needed as well as like a hotel when you want so. The staff deserves a separate word - these are incredibly nice, polite and understanding ladies. I was late for check-in because of the train, they not only didn’t get irritated but also managed to comfort me. They were always available to help. I had to checkout very early and they gladly helped me with the breakfast which was left for me by them. The breakfast is nice and the dining room is so atmospheric- with a wonderful view of the city. I has the Sam from my room and believe me - it’s gorgeous especially at night! It’s about 25-30 minutes of walk from the station l, so remember this if you want to walk. But, you won’t have to go up by stairs too high (in comparison to many other houses in Modica).

The beds are not very comfortable, but my room wasn’t expensive and it can be explained. And to tell the truth, I slept well anyway:)

The breakfast, the views and the staff were excellent! The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The location was also really good. For people travelling by car, it would be useful to metion that the place is located on a pedestrian street and they would have to park on the one above to it (very close by the way).

The host was extremely helpful and friendly.

It was amazing how friendly and accomodating the host was - she went out of her way to help me with my busy schedule! The rooms and the views were all perfect, I highly recommend staying here! One day I will for sure return. :)

The location is very good, you can do it by foot from the train station if you are backpackers. The view from the terrace is amazing and also the breakfast is good. It is close to a shortcut that leads you to a belvedere point, which I highly recommend. Overall a comfortable place with nice views.

It did not cover the self care products in the bathroom for two persons (shower/shampoo).

I couldn't complain about anything- clean and comfortable rooms with a really pleasant view on Modica's roofs, tasty breakfast and very welcoming owner that, even though there were only two guests (including me), was open to suggestions and willing to make the stay a positive experience. It's quite easy to get to. I would definitely come back. I hope I will!
