Very nice place and nice pool with a beautiful view of rice terraces. The staff was very friendly and helped us arrange for a car on very short notice to go see a waterfall. They also helped arrange for a guided tour of the nearby rice terraces. The food was very good!

As we were travelleing with a baby it was not convonient that a babychair was not available. Additionally, it would be nice with more baby safety equipment in the family bungalow ( e.g. a gate at the top of the stairs) Overall, it was a very nice place though.

Mt Agung View was stunning. rice terrrace view from dining is good. Room is clean and tidy.. pool is in wonderful spot.

The staff were lovely and the food was really nice.

The shower never heated up and the bath takes forever to fill up as the water pressure is very low. The room is full of mosquitos. There’s only a fan so it gets really hot especially during the night. We had frogs jumping wound our room at 1am. Quite a lot of ants everywhere in the room.

Amazing few to Mount Agung and the rice fields. Delicious food, big breakfast. We recommend to join a trekking tour through the rice fields.

We enjoyed our stay at Karma Loka. The view in our room was lovely. The pool was really nice during the day, and the sunset was beautiful to watch by the pool in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to rent a scooter directly from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and a good-sized portion. Sidemen itself is a quiet little town, but if you're looking for a great place to unwind and relax, this is the place. The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom, the shower was hot, however, there was no AC and the fan they provided didn't penetrate the mosquito net, so it was a bit toasty at night when sleeping. But overall, I would recommend Villa Karma Loka!

The pool here is beautiful the breakfasts are quite substantial and super delicious, very spacious room, great shower - warm and with good pressure, the staff are lovely, warungs nearby and nice and relaxed. The views are also super stunning. Loved that pool towels were provided and that fresh bottled water was replenished daily.

The only downfall to this wonderful place is having no air-conditioning (it's generally cooler here anyhow but some nights are still very warm), and the pillows were quite large and lumpy. Luckily the cushion was comfy enough to sleep on.

The view on Mount Agung is stunning. We took an upgrade to be on the first floor and enjoy the view. Ground floor hasn’t got this view. Pretty gardens. Very large room. Great pool, pool towels provide for.

Bed very soft. Furniture on balcony uncomfortable. many (high) steps to the hotel and first floor.

Not a strong Wifi connection in the room I stayed in.

I like the family room which can accommodate 6 people. The villa has a splendid view of padi field and Gunung Agong. The villa has also provided the facility of massage. I have tried the Chatra Massage which the therapist is an experienced dukun and priest in the temple. The location is near to Sungai Telaga Waja, 30 minutes drive, a place for Water rafting. This place is cool, calm and relaxing. Recommend to stay.

coming here reminded me why I like to leave the main strips, the city and get out where the locals are. it’s so beautiful, quiet and calm. 10/10 for us. the pool too was absolutely lovely.

Fabulous place. Very well run and very welcoming. The gardens were very well planned and maintained. The pool was clean, inviting and big enough to swim in. Scenery fabulous.

We stayed in a familiar room, it was simple but lovely, clean and comfortable. The hotel has great view of Mount Agung from the breakfast terrace. Good location and the staff was very friendly. Excellent value for money!

This is my second stay since last year when it was still covid situation. I come back because they have a good location and I like the neighborhood for take a walk around. The pool view directly to the mountain and Sidemen surrounding still nice and satisfying.

I was expecting the same room as my last time which was in the upper floor. But I got the ground floor room and it was not have the nice view and balcony, and bathroom not as decent as I expected, also without fan inside the room so it was not as comfortable and satisfying as my last stay. The rate is already double price now compare to last year for the same room.

this is not something linked to the Hotel but rather sideman: almost all rooms you will find in sideman will have open space above the doors. which means you will most probably have gecko and other small animals walking at night. they will not do anything to you and actually Gecko will eat the insects. having 2 kids of 7 and 8, it was quite an adventure every night;-). last but not least of you book a transport with the hotel just confirm back the night before. ours came 30minutes late.

very prone to bugs getting inside due to the open roof. Wok up to animal poo on the floor both mornings and got told by reception that it was rats, great.

the location was great, quite close to the main road. its a quiet and relaxing neighborhood, a morning walk is highly recommended. you’re literally surrounded by rice fields, and a clear water river is within a few walks away. The staffs were nice and friendly. I’ll miss my stay there and will definitely recommend this property

I loved the view from the pool and the small terrace from our room. Very relaxing and calming. Staff was nice, food was good.
