Sok helyen jártam már és most ez a hotel került fel a dobogó első helyére nálam. Csodálatos lokáció, fantasztikus személyzet, finom ételek, tisztaság, szuper masszázs, jógaóra. Minden tökéletes és profi volt. Relaxációra tökéletes, csendes hely, különleges energiákkal.

The air-conditioning unit in our room did not have an auto function. We called the staff about that but they did not have a solution. Either the room was freezing cold or humid and stuffy if we turned off the AC. There was no coffee machine in our room. We were told that only suites have a coffee machine. It was really not the response I expected to receive in a five-star hotel.

Amazing boutique hotel in a beautiful location. The common pool as well as the private pool offer breathtaking views on the river below and the surrounding mountains. The food in the restaurant is really good and the massage in the spa was one of the best ones we ever had.

During our stay, the phone from the room and wifi were not working, but this was apparently caused by a recent storm. The hotel should accept payment via Booking.com. They sent me a seperate payment link, which I refused. Eventually they accepted payment via booking.com, for which I am grateful.

Eines der schönsten Hotels, in denen ich je gewesen bin. Vom Bett und Bad aus sieht man direkt ins Grüne, die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und super komfortabel Das Zimmer ist angenehm gross, ebenso das Bad, das mit Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet ist. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls wunderschön eingerichtet und das Essen überdurchschnittlich gut. Im Infinity Pool hat man das Gefühl, direkt in die grüne Natur zu schwimmen, einfach nur schön. Am Nachmittag gibt es gratis Tee und Snacks. An einem Abend gab es eine Tanzvorstellung während dem Nachtessens mit traditionellen Tänzen. Das Personal ist selbst für indonesische Verhältnisse unglaublich reizend und nett.

Sidemen ist nicht gerade der Nabel der Welt und es gibt eigentlich nichts zu tun. Es wird recht viel gebaut und wahrscheinlich ist es mit der ganzen Herrlichkeit bald einmal vorbei, siehe Reisfelder in Ubud, die auch nur noch einen schwachen Abklatsch von früher sind.

Great staff! Incredably nice people, doing everything to make the stay as good as possible. The are really going the extra mile. Everything is very clean, good food, nice pools, spacious rooms, excellent bed, the turndown service! I will definately come back next time!

The doors in the rooms were from poor quality. They didn’t close well, so insects could still come in. One other point maybe to improve as well. In the room there is no comfortable chair. There is something like a bench, but very uncomforttable to sit on for longer then 10 minutes. Two really good and comfortable chairs would improve the room drastically in my opinion. Not enough beds at the pool.

This Hotel is incredible!!! Its paradise. The perfect place to relax and rewind for a few days after travelling around Bali & Islands. Everything is amazing. The staff, the restaurant, the stunning rural location, the spa, the rooms - everything! Its very quiet as in the countryside which is what we were looking for for a few days.

Prachtig hotel op een nog mooiere locatie Personeel is geweldig. Bijna iedereen kent je naam. Veel activiteiten te doen in en rond het hotel. We hadden een kamer met kapot toilet. 5 minuten na de melding stond er een team om het te herstellen. Toen bleek dat dat niet meteen zou lukken, kregen we gelijk een nieuwe kamer aangeboden en de volgende dag een gratis massage voor mezelf en mijn vrouw, voor het ongemak.

De porties in het restaurant zijn bij veel gerechten vrij klein.

Personeel was oprecht vriendelijk en werkelijk service gericht. Er werd op elk (extra) verzoek meteen geacteerd . Heel fijn. We komen daarom graag terug.

The hotel needs some renovation in certain areas, but we saw that already happening.

Unbelievably beautiful! The whole experience was just perfect… everyone had such a lovely vibe and smile on their faces, the place was just stunning and our welcome as honeymoon couple couldn’t have been any more romantic. The moment we entered our little paradise we knew we will come back here for sure and will be sad to leave. Also we lost an important ring and the hotel managed to drive it to us trough half Bali… just wow for how fantastic the service, honesty and overall experience is. Also the food was amazing. So truly a gem this place filled with fantastic people.

the friendliness of the people. so kind. the view from our villa breathtaking. the food and drinks in the restaurant, outstanding. just a magical place without the hundreds of other tourists. just a walk away from the hotel are lovely restaurants to enjoy

the tea time between 3.30 and 5.30. we have stayed at the Goya in Ubud, tea time should be done like this. also, having to go to the top floor where it was too hot was also not pleasant. apart from that all was perfect

Teils echte Probleme mit dem WLAN

I suffered from food poisoning the morning after my arrival and I suspect the dinner at the hotel may have been the reason... my partner also had a funny stomach. Anyway the staff were great and very helpful

The view is amazing, it's very calm and relaxing, the food is delicious, the staff are very nice and helpful

The room is very small for the price, there's no television, there's ants everywhere, the flowers bathtub was full of bugs we couldn't use it

The serene views of the mountains were spectacular and the food was quite good as well.

The price was extremely overpriced. We have stayed at other 5 star resorts with similar prices such as Renaissance in Uluwatu and felt that these experiences captured far more value. For instance, we stayed at the Nadi Nature resort in Tabanan for 75 a night and had a very similar time without the extreme prices. I cannot give my stay here a high rating in good conscience because the value does not correspond to the price tag.

Found a beetle type bug in the bed Hairs in the bathtub that weren't ours! Bike and elliptical in the gym didn't work

The staff were extraordinarily helpful. They completed every request we asked of them including helping us book boats and transfers etc. immediately and without hesitation. The overall facilities were excellent. The pool was amazing and very clean. Our bedroom and bathroom were spotless and we loved the turn down service each evening! The spa was excellent. We both had wonderful facials that were very relaxing.

Honestly nothing.

The hotel was amazing. We stayed at the resort during a storm, we were trying to take the fast boat to Lombok. Everyday the front desk called to inform us if the boats were running. The bed was amazing, it was my best sleep in Bali. The restaurant had amazing food, and the pool was wonderful. I would stay here again!

It was heaven. So beautiful in the middle of the rice fields. The volcano view from the room was amazing.

There were initial hiccups with a few facilities but all the staff were amazing. They handled the situation pretty well.

Magnificent hotel surounded by raw natural beauty of Sidemen. Great location for day trips to Tirta Ganga and Lempuyang temple. Staff is extremely friendly and always offered to keep our baby while we were having our meals. Probably the best hotel we ever visited.

nit: Restaurant is great, though it has a lot of options all seemed a bit similar.
