Grande chambre.
Grande propriété qui manque cruellement d'entretien ! Parasols moisis, piscine avec l'eau trouble, salles de bain humides et sales, présence de scarabé/coquerelle dans un lit. Le personnel semble se cacher, pas beaucoup de service au restaurant. Tables du restau avec des excréments d'on ne sait pas quoi dessus et une 100 aine de fourmis dans notre napperon. L'hôtel semble super à première vue, mais une fois installés, on voit bien qu'il est très mal entretenu. Aussi pas d'air climatisé, 2 ventilateurs dans la chambre.

Perfect place to stay! Quiet, in the rice field with view on the montain. The staff is very helpful and kind with the guest. I really recommend this place if you come to sidemen. The swimming pool is amazing and the food at the restaurant tasty.

We loved the spacious, light and nicely decorated room. The bed was very comfortable. The views are beautiful from parts of the resort, the pool is amazing, the restaurant also. Its a super relaxing place to stay and excellent value.

The pool and tranquil vibe at this hotel was just what we were looking for! Sadly we only had time to visit Sidemen for one night, but this is the kind of hotel you could just chill out at for a couple of days, soaking in the views of the surrounding hills and rice terraces 😊

Beautiful view and really friendly staff. It was possible to get water refill & hot water for tea or coffee from the restaurant. We could also rent a scooter from the Hotel & explored beatiful Sidemen

Nice big and super clean rooms!
Breakfast is included, but not so nice..
They ask you a day before what you want for breakfast with a document. I didn't like that, because I don't know how hungry I might be the next morning.

Beautiful garden
The first room they gave me was quite dirty and very hot (no A/C) so they upgraded me to the family room, which was also quite dirty but less hot. The mosquito net is so old and dirty and filled with dead bugs that they kept falling on the bed. I had to wash my hands after touching the net because it's so dirty. Old bedding, old towels, dirty old fan. Breakfast was passable. I left after one night even though I intended to stay longer. A few of the rooms with a view seemed nice from the outside so maybe it's a case of getting the right room at this place. But they still need to up their cleaning game.

The Villa is placed in the wonderful street in Sidemen area, rice fields, quiet, but still plenty of places to go eat (from cheap great warung to fine dining) in walking distance. This area is great if you want to relax. Uma Agung has a reasonable price, good value for money! Take a day trip (ask at the reception for help or use tripadvisor) and come to this nice place in the afternoon to rest in their beautiful garden by the pool.

Spacious room. Great pool area with view on Mount Agung. A lot of tropical plants in area of the resort. Very calm enviroment. Price was great!
Cleaning could be a bit better but in this corona times its understandable.
