It was necessary to improve the maintenance of the pool bathroom, to have a washing machine and to improve in having new towels, a scouring pad and an sofa-bed so that each person sleeps without sharing beds.

great pool, excellent location, and the ambience and style was very relaxed. we liked it very much

dishwasher but no dishwashing powder, no dish cloth or dish scrubber and dirty unwashed dishes in the dishwasher on arrival. Only 2 half used toilet rolls on arrival at 11pm. internet didn’t work for 4/5 days. feels like they are trying to save money everywhere which is a shame as these items that would fix the problems are very inexpensive.

Relaxed atmosphere, barbecue facilities, cozy swimming pool, beautiful surroundings, singing of the crickets, super friendly staff, independent place, easy supermarket facility around, nearby beaches and bays. It was so romantic. We definitely wanna come back!

For this price we expected something complytly different and what we got was a horror. The worse 2 weeks of my summer. -rusty dishwasher impossible to wash -electric kettle (chinese i do not recommend heating water in it because it smells of melted plastic) -every day, hundreds of ants walking around the counter and sink -hot water is available after 5 minutes of flushing -after flushing the toilet you have to wait another hour to use it again -the bedding is full of holes and bloody -old smelly air conditioning -washbasins without the possibility of removing the drain plug -balconies with sloppy beams devoured by worms -old damaged smelly sofas covered with dirty covers -stairs covered with carpeting that has probably not even been dusted for 10 years -traces of rodents in the toilet (mouse or rat droppings) -shower on the 1st floor with a bath problem because it is too low and the curtain is broken

We stayed in Joaana’s Villas for 2 weeks and it was living hell – quite literally due to many reasons. Let’ imagine... Around 40 c outside and you don’t have ac, you receved dirty sheets looking likes someone take it from trash, sheets were covered in blood not to add that they were fully dirty. The insects were crowling on the floors, dirty rooms and bathroom. It looked more like an horror house then an actual place for vacation. After what we saw, we wonted to checke out first day and take money back and imagine there is not possible. Probably they have such of issue in the past and thy protect themselves from this possibity. It means that you lost your money which you have to pay in front for 2 weeks before your arrive. The owner joanna tried to makes from us idiots, when we informed that the ac wasn’t working. She told us that we didn’t know how the ac was working. After 6 days of not having ac in 40 degree temperature she informed us that we were right. She called the guy from the ac company and the guy told us that the ac in not gone work because the gas that is used in this house is not longer allowed to be put in the ac devises because its not legal anymore. Magically after one day the ac started working !. This place was so dirty the mirrors and furniture were covered in dust. The owner are the most disrespectful people ever, when we confronted them about everything they showed us the door. Because the place was so gross we wanted to move out but the owner didn’t give us this chance she said that she isn’t gone give the money back and she is proteded by agreement. When we tried to execut it via booking, booking wasent able to do anythink with it!!! This place is so not worth it. Not to add that this place supposed to be appropriate for kids which its not. The balcony frames on the 1st and 2nd flor are perfect for the kids to, but their heads in. It’s really dangerous. We kindly asked the lady to fix all of those things but she did not.

the host was a lovely nice lady, who took very good care of us. the restaurant had delicious food!!!!

Huge wonderful pool. Joanna and her daughter, Sophia, are wonderful people and took care of our every need.

Great location. Very accommodating and friendly host.

Housekeeping was only once in our week long stay.
