great location, excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Room was comfortable, clean and modern. The pool and other amenities were also very good. I also liked the walk-in wardrobe.

The hotel was well located for both work and social purposes. The various rooms we occupied were great, particular with an upgrade on one evening. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly throughout our five night stay .

Good Vibe. Clean. We were given connected adjoining rooms exactly as we'd hopefully requested in our booking - thank you! My wife and daughter liked the Hotel more than I did.
Our daughter's room was fine but our aircon wasn't working, so it was quite hot when we arrived. An uncomfortable hour or two later it hadn't improved so I called for service. They responded quickly and got it working, but it still didn't cope very well at all for the rest of our stay.
A bedside light globe was also out when we arrived: this was fixed quite promptly when I reported it.
Both rooms were in darkness when we entered and we had to feel around for the light switches...
Both rooms were 'City Side' and had no view, and the windows let in very little natural light (We'd expected we'd at least be able to see something of the city). Accordingly I won't book this room type again.
Finding the Minibar on but completely empty is something I have never experienced before in 5-star - very disappointing!!
Lastly, calls to Concierge went unanswered or else rang for a long time, and despite 10-15 minutes notice we had to wait outside for another 5 minutes or more for our vehicle to be brought up from Valet.

Night stay to celebrate a birthday. We received a surprise gift, wine, cake and fruit bowl. They also gave a late check out of 12.00.buffet breakfast was wonderful and good value.

Staff and food were excellent. Hotel was very clean and had very good parking. Breakfast buffet was outstanding with a huge number of choices.
There was a mixup with our booking names that was due to Booking.com. They were correct with the Hotel.
We thought we were getting a room with a view of the pool but got grotty rooftops with rubbish on them as in the photo I took. Probably due to your site messing up our names the hotel did not pre reserve our correct room. Fortunately we took printouts of all reservation paperwork received. Booking.com needs to get their IT people to fix this so it doesn't happen to others. This was disappointing as were were celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary.

We loved the location of the hotel, fight in the centre of everything and close to public transport. Our room was much bigger than expected and had great views to the water. We were celebrating our anniversary and was sent a lovely cake tasting plate which were delicious. Thank you for making our weekend special.

Great location in the heart of the CBD, close to shops and restaurants. Easy access to transport. Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Breakfast was amazing and everyone’s tastes were catered for. I loved the fresh juice station, it was like shopping at a fruit and vege store.

Very helpful staff who made us feel welcome and assisted with early check-in. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - fresh, delicious with extensive choice and all beautifully prepared.

The room was the highest standard. Extremely spacious, comfortable and luxurious. The whole experience was excellent and I would highly recommend the stay. My favourite feature of the room was comfortable bed and walk in robe. It definitely made the room free from clutter. We didn't have Hyde Park view however this wasn't an issue as we stayed there for one night. Breakfast was slightly underwhelming, especially the barista made coffee and no sweet options such pancakes but otherwise it was fresh. The staff was attentive. The whole building was easy to navigate and very very clean!
The breakfast could have more sweet options, otherwise the whole experience was great! :) A small issue, the floor in the bathroom is extremely slippery.

The night after my stay was half the price of my stay. It’s ridiculous that you wouldn’t include complimentary breakfast or something for those paying $587 for the smallest room and facing two brick walls.

Absolute stunning place! Easy to get to and so so comfortable. I had to check out early and the staff were so lovely and considerate. The beds were soo comfortable and for being in the city it has great noise cancellation.
Parking was a lot scarce underneath but found one eventually.

Very very comfy pillows, very nice warm pool that was very easy to get in to and super hot hot tub.
Staff were very accommodating and super helpful.
Loved the blackout blinds in the room.
Bed was slightly too firm for my liking but was still comfortable and loved the pillows.
I was disappointed that I couldn't pick and choose a build your own breakfast from the room service menu as I have gluten and dairy allergies and so didn't want to order the standard breakfast.
